Are the people making these games also playing them?

I tried playing the new oodleville games today and i have no clue of whats really going on but the leaderboards look as if people have been playing them for years. There should be a video tutorial for each game with someone getting the high score. They dont even announce this stuff is coming on the forums they just throw it in the game list. With people that dont even play here running the leaderboards i dont know if its just me or what but i cant master a game in a few minutes.

Many people have been playing these games for years. These kinds of games have been available for a very long time. Just like swap it type games have been available for a very long time.

I love that video. But that's a good example.... he was very good at the "match 3/swap-it" type games before that came along so he was ahead of the curve than someone who's never played that type of game before. Not taking a thing away from him... it's incredible. But you can see how fast he is at identifying the matches and switching them constantly. That takes practice to get that good. And then, he himself admits that luck is involved in being "dealt" a game that has the potential to achieve a score.... put it together with an expert player like him and you'll see that type of score.
