Hey guys!

Here are some tips I picked up while playing Eggz that are good to keep in mind if you're going for a high score.

1. Launch an egg and get it to touch the top of the game screen as fast as possible in order to advance to the next level. I'm sad to admit that it took me about five games before I realized the objective was to shoot an egg to the top of the screen in order to advance lol. This is the fastest way to get points, though, because with each level you reach, you will receive more points for clearing eggs.

2. Clear eggs that are supporting other, different colored eggs. For example, let's say you're playing the game and there are a few yellow eggs attached to the bottom of a group of red eggs. If you clear those red eggs above the yellow eggs and the yellow eggs are not attached to anything else, they will also disappear. This is a great way to clear eggs faster without having to wait for specific colors to appear.

3. Pay attention to the color of the next egg coming. The game will not only show you the color of the egg you must currently place, but also the color of the egg coming next. Use this to plan your current move accordingly in order to make your next move easier.

4. Work quickly. The big points come from higher levels, but with the stringent time limit in place, only the quickest players will be able to rack up the highest scores. As you play several rounds, you will find you become faster and more accurate in your shots. This will help you reach higher levels.

5. Don't let the eggs build up and touch the bottom of the screen. I learned this the hard way - I was naive and thought the level would just reset itself lol. Nope, you lose the game if this happens and have to start over.

Hope people find this helpful. I could have used some of these tips when I first played lol. This game really is fun, but it's also very addictive, so beware!

6. Save your bomb eggz until the higher levels, in which they start off with the eggz stacked all the way to the bottom.

7. Use bombs to clear a path toward a line of similar colored eggz. For example, try not to just blow up eggz, but make sure you're clearing a path where there are matches to make after using that bomb.

I don't know how to get crazy high scores on this game, but I have reached those levels where you cannot shoot and miss a single egg without losing, because the entire board is filled at the start of the level. It is those levels I will usually need my bombs for in order to survive as long as possible and try to pass it.

to micheal024: I have always used this strategy but I guess I am not quick enough to get high scores. glad to see someone thinks exactly as I do : )

I adore this game . It is my favorite,but for some reason or another I can't seem to get over 120,000.I don't get how some people get 200,000 or 300,000. It seems impossible. Thanks for the tips everyone.

You did not mention the silver bomb egg. I just recently discovered them.

do you know how to set the pointer to shoot fast - once it was fast but for some reason, now my pointer is working slowly

I do all of the above and my highest score has been 78, 000. I think a lot of it has to do with the speed of the p/c you are using. Is that possible? Also,
I find the game loads poorly for me, yet I have no problem at all with any other games.

Since this is a timed game, it works against you to work through a deep strategy – move fast, be nimble, and keep on smashing!

·When the going gets tough – the tough use bombs! That’s what they’re there for.

·If you’ve managed to work through the first four and a half minutes without using any bombs, use them quickly, one after the other, to blast through to the back wall before your time runs out. This is a game of how many levels you can work through and how many points you can score in just five minutes!

·Remember, you don’t have to clear all the eggs in the top row – just enough to squeeze an egg through and hit the wall.
