Since Wheel of Fortune is the game of the week, I've played quite a few rounds. Here are some tricks I've picked up so far:

1. Save the "good" letters, like R S T L and N, for high spins. For example, if you spin $800, $900, or the $2,500, guess these popular letters in order to get the highest payout. Don't waste a "T" on a small spin.

2. Be fast! The faster you complete a puzzle the more bonus points you receive and the greater your final score. Use the keyboard to help you move faster through the puzzle (Spacebar to spin, "B" to buy a vowel, and Enter to solve).

3. Buy a vowel. Even though vowels cost money, they really help you figure out the puzzle, which can help you earn more points in following spins.

Those are good tips, and for the games required to play this week they will really come in handy in trying to achieve a higher score. I would add-- for anyone wanting to get on the leaderboard-- don't be afraid to discard a puzzle. If a small one comes up, it's simple math to know that you cannot possibly get a high score even if you consecutively and exclusively hit $2,500 on the wheel. If you want those bigger scores, they have to be bigger puzzles for you to solve. This takes patience but it is a key element to a lot of the games here. You have to be a proficient and skilled player, but you also have to be "dealt" a good hand, or puzzle, or board.... and then the skill and speed comes in to know what to do with it. If it's not there, you can't make it so, no matter how good you are.

Luck, skill (achieved by lots of practice), patience, and perseverance are the main things to remember in all games on the GSN site.

I also want to add, keep an eye on the "turns left" there because if you call a letter that's not in the puzzle/hit a bankrupt or lose a turn space you'll lose a turn, you have 5 turns in the main game to solve the puzzle so hopefully you can get through the puzzle without losing all those turns.

A tip is watch wheel of fortune as much as u can. get used to the style of it and how it works. you may even find yourself yelling out answers at the tv. For anymore questions, message me as Softie08. thanks!!

My best tip that I'm almost reluctant to share is that once you are down to just 1 turn left you will NEVER get a bankrupt or lose a turn. Once I realized this, I changed my strategy so that as soon as I know the puzzle I hit enter, ESCAPE, enter ETC until I am down to one turn. This way all the rest of my spins are safe. The other tip I have is that on my first spin I always pick B unless I spin $2500. This is because if you choose B after you have money and it's not in the puzzle, you have to buy a vowel whether you want one or not.
