    25 Stud - Stacked Deck?

I have tried to get all 4 royal flushes in this game and also line up each card for 4 sets of four of a kind of A K J 10 and a straight (9 thru K) by discarding everything under 9. I would also have four 9s at the bottom of the card and 5 Queens down the center column. This NEVER scores big which leads me to the conclusion that the deck is actually stacked against this happening. By this I mean that you would think that if the deck was shuffled randomly there would have to be at least a few times when most of the face cards are near the top. But I have found that face cards are ALWAYS evenly distributed thoughout the deck. So, by the time you have filled your card with all 4 royal flushes, a straight (9 thru King), four 9s and five Queens, you have thrown away the rest of the deck. There is NEVER a time when these cards come up early enough to avoid discarding too many. Try it for yourself and you will see what I mean.

I have not played this game, but play Triple Play Blackjack all the time. I am a very good blackjack player, and the dealer wins a lot more on this GSN game than any casino I have ever been to. The deck is definitely stacked. They want you to spend lots of oodles playing these games, so they are rigged for u to lose.

I play Triple Play Blackjack everyday also. I usually play anywhere from 1 to 5 games (spending 5-25 oodles) per day. At that rate I can usually score high enough in one game to make the leaderboard to at least win back my oodle fee. But you are correct in that the dealer wins too often, so I agree the deck is stacked in the house's favor.

Byron, wouldn't it be worth more points to go for full houses in the rows up and down instead of straights? A straight gives 15 and FH gives 25 points. And this would take away the constraint of discarding everything below a 9. If anybody knows, please explain how a score of 570 is even possible in 25 stud. Is that a perfect score? I shouldn't mention this, but I had a four royal flush game, and accidentally hit continue and it didn't register the score. biggest fail possible. TY.

I've been wondering this for over a year. I've hit over 400 once in all the time I've been playing. Tried different ways and nothing works. You have to have a really well stacked deck to get over 400 and to get 500+ seems too good to be true. These people either play all day to get it or have something figured out few have.

Imagine that... a company out to make money? Of course the odds are against you... they are at a casino too. But GSN GIVES us tokens every single day.... Just bet low and you'll have plenty to play games with.

The highest possible score I can figure is 780 points.
    4 royals (4x100)
    2 fives of a kind (2x75)
    4 fours of a kind (4x50)
    2 straights (2x15)

    example:
    10c 10h N 10d 10s
    Jc Jh N Jd Js
    Qc Qh N Qd Qs
    Kc Kh W Kd Ks
    Ac Ah N Ad As
N are all cards of any rank not 10-A (like 7c 7d 7h and 7s, for example). W is wild spot.

This is very unlikely to occur. You would need all cards 10-A to be in the first half of the deck. In a few attempts to do it, I did not achieve a score of more than 40.

I try to play until I get around 200 but it usually takes quite a few games for me just to get over 200. I was very surprised to get four royal flushes a few days ago for a score of 416 for third place. This is the first time this has happened in all the times I've been playing and I'll be equally as surprised if it ever happens again .

I play until 250 or more myself. Usually no problems getting 200. How are you playing? I try to get 4 royals using the wild in each suit.

That's what I do too, use the wild for each royal, but as Bryon mentioned in the first post, it seems alot of times, the face cards are so evenly distributed that you have to discard too many before completing the royals. If I can get a couple of royals, I'm happy.

I try to place the same cards in the same row when I can too. That way I get some trip, pair, or full house points.
