And the best part is the Steelers get the bye week....and the Ravens have to win to get the #1 spot back in the North. Otherwise, Steelers have to only match what the Ravens do, and all that ignorant, obnoxious equine excreta from Ravens fans is worth as much as a Terrible Towel in Cleveland It's good overall that I get a week off from football....actually, because of work, in all my fandom, I've only watched one game in its entirety because of work.

Texans Matt Schaub could be out for either a few weeks, or worse for the rest of the year.

Week 11 is the last of the bye weeks for 2011!

Cards QB Kevin Kolb called plays in last Sunday's win, against his ex-team Eagles.

Ex-Fins RB Mercury Morris, would applaud Packers going 1909.

Eagles Michael Vick, Jeremy Maclin misses practice.

Giants WR Cruz over shooting, says his clubbing days are over.

Jets RB LT to miss this weeks game, against the Broncos.

It's been a long time since Vick has played -- he should have worn a flak jacket lined with those millions he just won in his contract.

Well most of that money is going to the creditors off his properties and all of that. Look at it that way.

Furthermore, it is amazing how the Eagles fans on the sports forums all went silent around the same time this occurred. A lot of those same fans were championing how ESPN, SI, etc. all were proclaiming them to be Super Bowl champs before even one snap. I guess you could say that you should never count your pitbulls before they bite.

I would not be disappointed if the Eagles went 2-14, on two conditions:

    1. If it would shut the mouths of the radio and TV media who think the Eagles are the only game in town. The Flyers and Phillies are more important. Then again, so is a test pattern.
    2. The two wins would be against the Giants to keep them out of the playoffs.

Thank you. I can tell you are a real sports fan because of that. A lot of ones I've come across, whether it be here in the 'Burgh or elsewhere, simply slaughter the other teams and don't really make sense except to drink the Kool-Aid. (I will testify that Phillies fans are spoiled, but they were very polite and complimentary, even when the team lost two of three at PNC Park this past season. Flyers fans? Crosby's back - that's all I have to say about them. )
