Chiefs won't rest starters says coach Todd Haley.

Labor deals are now working in hopes, of preventing a strike or, no NFL in 2011.

Michael Vick to rest for the Eagles vs Cowboys.

Vikes Brett Favre will rest as a rookie will start in his place.

Bears and Falcons fighting for #1 homefield advantage throughout NFC playoffs.

One more reason to hate the NFL as is: 8-8 Rams get to have a home game against the (probably) 12-4 Saints.

AFC's pretty much locked up, unless the Steelers choke on the 'Dawgs. Ravens should be able to handle Indianapolis and the Jets obviously will beat KC, which means we may have two divisional rematches for the (get outta here) divisional round. After that, who knows, although I'm thinking either NE vs. BAL or NE vs. PIT for the AFC title game, both in Foxboro.

NFC should be interesting....PHI and NO win their respective games, NO beats ATL and PHI beats CHI for an NFC title game in the Linc. Could we see another PHI/NE Super Bowl, albeit with different results? Eh, stay tuned.

Yikes Shelby....Bears and Steelers get the first round bye, not the second round bye. (Else there are going to be a lot of disappointed fans of the respective teams )

Back to the original reason I posted....I'm not a gambling man, but I like to look at Vegas oddsmakers to get a feel for whom they are picking to win the Super Bowl this year. Not surprisingly, the New England Patriots top the list for winning Super Bowl XLV at a 2-1 clip. Very surprising, though, is the Steelers and Falcons at 11-2. (I was thinking 7-1 for the Steelers and 10-1 for the Falcons). The Saints jump to 10-1, then the Eagles at 11-1, all the way down to the lowly Seattle Seahawks at a sad but necessary 100-1.

Keep in mind that odds are influenced by number of bets, and traditionally, successful teams (Saints, Patriots, Steelers) have drawn heavy betting come playoff time, which lowers the payouts (and the ratios). So don't come back in a week and say the numbers are wrong

I would see either the Pats or Saints winning it all. My Packers are 12-1 right now.
