I knew the Seahawks was gonna win for 3 reasons:

1). The Saints have had some problems on turnovers on offense in the 2nd half of this season, especially after 2nd-string RB Julius Jones fumbled 1 tonight.

2). Injury problems plagued the Saints on offense, namely on the run game.

3). Their defense has been lackluster for last part of the 2nd half of this season. (See the Saints vs. the Ravens for what was wrong with their defense). Their secondary was the worst of the Saints' defensive problems and played really awful and gave up 41 points.

I'm really looking towards the games on Sunday. Some were actually selecting Green Bay to defeat Philadelphia, something I'm not completely confident in. Of course, I care immensely about the Chiefs-Ravens game (winner comes here for dinner next week). I'm kind of hoping that the Steelers don't have to face the Ravens again (although I argue that recent success has occurred with them - the last two losses have been when Big Ben was out of the lineup, and losses by 3 points each time).

And the official "Scapegoat Idol" competition in Philly opens...."Green" Akers, "Buford" Justice, or "Celery Boy" Celek. Voting begins immediately.

On a second note, who would have expected that the only home team to win their wild-card game this weekend would be the Seattle Seahawks. Shows how crazy the NFL can be nowadays....can't wait for next week for the third round of divisionals in the AFC and the Two Birds, A Bruin, and a Cheese Factory in the NFC.

As badly as I want to see my Pack win next week, I would get even more joy in seeing Seattle beat the Bears!

Rex Ryan has beef with almost everyone!

And he also admitted that he really wants to beat Peyton Manning more than anyone moments before the Jets played the Colts.

All I can say is right now, whatever you want to say about the Steelers, do so. I haven't seen this sloppy of play from them in a long time. If they win, all the better, but yea, they're going to lose if not this week, next week. Let's hope Coach Tomlin has a remedy

I'm just happy that my Packers beat Atlanta so handily, and in the Georgia Dome, no less. Aaron Rodgers had a great night! Although it might be fun to see them play the Bears next weekend, it might be an easier road for them if the Seahawks win tomorrow....we shall see.

    Saturday's Games:
    Ravens 24 Steelers 31 AFC
    Packers 48 Falcons 21 NFC

Bears leading 28-10, in the fourth quarter with less than five minutes to go.

NFL tells all thirty-two teams to tone it down, on trash talk.
