New to GSN and oodles.

Hi. I am new to GSN and oodles but I am not entirely sure how to win oodles from games. Where must one place on leaderboard to win some? First only?

On some games like Alu's Revenge for example, Here are the leaderboard "marks" you can land on to get oodles:

Daily: 1-75
Weekly: 1-150
Monthly: 1-300

On some of the newer games, like Lingo, You can get on a "mark" from 1-500 on the leaderboard. That is on all Daily, Weekly and Monthly leaderboard.

Also there is whats called "Oodleland" games, which can be found on the Games page. If you like your score, submit it and put it on the leaderboard. Here are the "marks" for that.

Daily: 1-2,500
Weekly & Monthly: 1-500

There is a 5 oodle entry fee for Oodleland games.

Also, on any game with a leaderboard, you can click above it where it says, "Top Players Win Oodles! Click Here to Learn More" and that will show you the placements for oodles and how many oodles each place is worth for that particular game. And it helps to click on the bottom of the boards' window where it says, "View Recent Winners" and then you can get an idea of how many points it takes (generally) to get on the leaderboard. But you have to go back to the original, current winners to be able to view the Oodles earning charts again. (I don't know why they won't let you access it from either board... it's a bother.)

Don't mean to brag or anything but, I've been thinking that GSN should be giving me NeighborOodles for everytime I try to help someone. I have not received any NeighborOodles yet.

Phimat... you really need to give some pretty long explanations to be awarded NeighborOodles.... I've gotten them a few times but for really detailed posts. Personally, I think some should be thrown your way for quantity and consistency. You always seem to be there for people and it takes time to do what you do. Your cumulative help should be considered.

No... I love it! Very cute. I like that it doesn't have an ampersand, although it would still be curious if it was "FROG & COOKIE" . I've done that before with getting asked a question and then forgotten which thread it was on. I try to subscribe to all of the threads I post on so I keep up with any answers or questions, but I forget to sometimes. Thanks for your reply!

I also help people just for the sake of helping them... the first time I got Oodles for it, I felt weird because I wasn't expecting anything for doing it. It was a nice surprise, but I like the feeling of being useful and giving people some answers if I can.
