Reedeamed oodles on a scratch ticket didn't get to play?

I had bought a 500 oodle scratch ticket and went to go play it and the screen pop and said didn't have enough i did have 915 and now down to 415 and went and looked in my history and the oodles were took but never got the chance to play it to see if i had won and oodles. Unsure on how to figure out what i need to do to either play the ticket or get my oodles back? Thanks any advise will help pretty new to this. Thanks melissa

The Vegas Nights promo is not going to automatically credit because it was started before this new promo tool was added, it will have to be credited manually like past promotions. (in the details/rules it says “Oodles will be credited to each eligible user's account on or before July 10, 2011”)
