Well, to stay on the "games" theme... maybe a hand-held game like poker or Yahtzee (since it has to be under $50.00). Or a restaurant credit for dinner for two at a national chain or a booklet of vouchers for movie tickets (I believe the different chains have various increments you can buy... $20, $50) and they have tickets in them for free admissions, free concession stand stuff, etc...

You said to post only once, which I believe is so your random picking doesn't get messed up... I didn't think there's any prohibition about posting multiple suggestions within one post. If there is, then go with my one of the movie theatre voucher booklet.

I like the idea of a restaurant chain gift card - not sure what is nationwide, but Chili's, Applebee's, California Pizza Kitchen are good. Also, how about a Gas card gift card or Costo membership. Actual prize, not gift card, I think electronics are popular and I personally love board games!

I would like to see one of the GSN Game shows on DVD offered that would be equal or close to the price of it if you were to buy it yourself. At that price it may be a bargain but would be a good incentive and also promote the games on GSN. I'd like to have a home version of one of the games to play at home with my family when they came to play. One I'd like to have would be Family Feud which is one of my favorites or Lingo! Maybe their value is higher than that amount given but wow what a good gesture for all of us loyal GSN fans!

Great Question and perfect timing for me. Recently we had our neighbors, and their three wonderful girls, over for dinner. Before, during and after dinner, all the girls talked about, was all the kewl new movies playing or coming out soon. With the economy as bad as it is, I know their parents, and sure many other parents, can't ill afford to splurge to take their children to the movies. What better item to auction off, that would allow families to do something special as a family, then $30, $40 or $50 movie gift cards. GSN offers them as prizes for people who get on live, why not auction them off too. If you have auctioned them off and I missed them. I suggest that ya'll auction more of them off.
