Lately when I win games, my oodles do not get posted to my account. This just started since they "updated" the way oodles are posted. Is this happening to anyone else?

there is alot of my oodles missing i play that scracth off game and everty time when i win i dont get my oodles i won1900 oodles and did not get them yesterday i won 10thousand oodles did not get them every since they change some things things have not been right as soon as i buy my ticket it is already scratch what is going on and where is my oodles its hard playing these games to win these oodles and when you win it should not be a problem with getting your oodles like norma said where are are oodles we want are oodles or am done playing gsn its not fair aka-mimi45
