Every race has its own culture of celebrating the 4th of july, my family usually go to a lake and have some fajita, chiken and sausage grill along with some roast corn on the cub, some beer or if the day it too hot then cold orchata water will be just comfortable enought.

My all-time favorite 4th of July food is hamburgers with ground beef patties fresh off the grill with melted Montery Jack cheese, juicy slices of tomato, fresh lettuce, and sweet onions all on a warm toasted bun. A large filet of fresh Wild Alaskan Sockeye Copper River Salmon would go along perfectly next to my burger. See, this is why I am popular among neighbors on our street every 4th of July.

As i was saying before didn't complete my post, my favorite food is to prepare the bbq food at the park with the family having hamburgers, bbq beef ribs, chicken kebob on a stick, and corn on the cob on the grill, watermellon, yummy, then watch the fireworks.

My favorite 4th of July food would have to be the great homemade potato salad my MOM use to make every year to go with the BBQ. I still make it to this day and think of all the 4th of July's that our whole town would have each and every year while I was growing up. Those were the DAYS!!! Starry nights...bright fireworks...good company with Moms' GREAT potato salad!

my favorite food for the fourth of july is angel food cake with whip cream all around it with strawberry and blueberries filling in middle so colorful my parents always had it on the fourth dad said it made him feel so patricodic he served in the war as a mairne and it was his favorite so i always find myself thinking of our miltary men and wemon when i see it
