Bill Rafferty - YES! He did just as good of a job Bill Cullen did on Blockbusters. And when he hosted CS, he had the combination of Jim Perry's suspense in turning the cards and Bob Eubank's comic remarks on CS. IMO, he should've gotten the daytime gig, instead of Eubanks, who (IMO) he himself started off like Jim Perry but as the run went on, he tended to rush his turning of the cards, often accompanying that with his frequent saying of "YEAH!" almost all the time and he did get too snarky at times.
Bob Barker - HECK NO! He's FAR from under-rated. He's OVER-RATED! And his behavior over the last 19 years or so, did just that to cement his status as an OVER-RATED legend. Monty Hall is a far better human being than Barker will ever be. Even Richard Dawson (who like Barker also had his share of ego problems backstage on his show) owned up to what he did wrong and even he's more human than Barker will ever be.
Getting back on topic:
Ken Ober - I loved him on Remote Control and his banter w/Colin Quinn and his lady co-hosts and I especially loved the fact that he had pics of game show hosts on the set of RC and idolizes them growing up, which gives him bonus points.
