Promos not working

Super Slots on the PROMO page not working for me. Played more than 5 games on the 4th of July, only got credit for one. Anyone else having this problem?

I'm having the same problem as well..played 5 games yesterday..got credit for 1..played another 5 today...got credit for NONE..wouldn't mind so much except it is costing me 5 oodles per game

After I played the first 4 games on 7/4/11 the countdown for Super Slots disappeared from the My Promotions page. It looks like once I finished the July 4th promo and it disappeared from the My Promotions page it took my Game of the Week countdown with it. Now I don't have access to the fine print for the GoW promo. Is this suppose to pay out immediately after playing 25 games or do we wait 2 weeks? If it is supposed to pay out immediately than that part isn't working.

I also noticed that I did not receive oodles for other games played. Checked the leader boards last night, I was in the running for 50 or more. Games charged no oodles.
Do you think they may blame the geomagetic storm from the 5th on this?

The only other reason would be that yesterday had 2 promos. If you used Super Slots for one it Xed out the other promo. Just a guess.

I played 26 games of Super Slots and my promo spot says "almost completed". The last time I checked, 26 was more than 25.

I have the same message. It showed up after 3 games and is still there after 28 games. I've also not been credited for double the oodles on Bingo Blitz June 30 - just the 5 I won, or the previous game of the week, Vegas Nights.


UPDATE:

I got the Vegas Nights oodles, still haven't got the double Bingo Blitz oodles, and no change to the "Almost Completed" situation. I see that The Official Response is that each of us needs to write to help@gsn to resolve these issues, which apparently affect all or at least a great number of users. When a problem is reported and confirmed by several users, it's time to stop asking for more individual reports, and address the issue as system-wide. I'm not going to bother emailing, and here's why.

While we play games, advertisers pay GSN for our eyeballs on their ads.

To ensure that our eyes will be on those ads, GSN "pays" us oodles to play games.

Keeping records of dates and number of games played, deadlines for awarding oodles, whether those oodles are awarded or not awarded on time or at all, emailing complaints when they are not, folowing up on complaints... this is work, not play.

GSN pays their staff Real Money & Benefits for working to keep things running right. By and large, they do a great job, sometimes eh, not so much. If I have to start keeping records of all that goes wrong, emailing and following up on complaints, etc., I want to be paid Real Money & Benefits for working, not oodles. especially not oodles I've already earned. The number of oodles we're talking about in my case won't even get me one entry each for the three current sweepstakes. It is less than the Fee for some of the Bid On It prizes, and I have nowhere near enough oodles to bid on anything, and probably never will, if what I read in other threads is true.

I'm a mid-level or lower player on most games, so Play To Win competitions are not for me.

That leaves the Buy It Now prizes. Many people are posting in other threads that they feel that the value of oodles is rapidly declining as the selection of Buy It Now prizes shrinks, while the oodle costs rise . They wonder if it's worth the bother of putting their eyeballs on the ads while playing games to get oodles that they'll possible never have a use for. Perhaps not for some, but for me, for now, it's worth playing some of the games for the enjoyment. When those games finally lose thier appeal, and oodles become a necessary incentive to keep my eyeballs on the ads, I wonder if the oodle will have any value left at all?

Go on top of the home page where it shows the amount of oodles you have , click to view the last 3 days of your playing and check if they have deducted the 5 oodles each time you played Super Slots....I checked mine and it shows they deducted 5 oodles for every time i played...That would be your proof

Same problem here. Played all 25 games and the promo is stuck at "3 of 25 played" with that "almost comleted" nonsense. I complained to GSN and they gave me the Oodles but they also tried to blame me for the problem. I've gotten cheated on several of the games lately. Now I take screen shots if there's any proof - like the 5 Oodle deduction for Super Slots games or my competition page if the games are cash games. GSN has some serious glitches they need to fix instead of just saying "it must be your computer". If that's their logic, then why are so many others having the same issues?

I actually never got my 5 oodles doubled for the Bingo Blitz Double Day (or, that rather lame excuse for a Winner Wednesday); that's why I want those darn 5 oodles!! Also, I've not received my Summer Swap It oodles that were due by July 5. The Vegas Nights reward isn't due until July 10... but I did write to them regarding the Swap It. They really seem to be having a lot of issues lately. I know people are having a hard time getting their World Winner promos credited, too... but I can't (or won't) play any of those....

I'm not having any trouble with my counter for the Super Slots. I've been playing five games a day to try to make it on the leaderboard... I think I may have finally made it today. Man, I just had absolutely no luck at all for the first 15 games I played. I mean...really, really bad.

It's weird how so many people would have problems (which is definitely happening) and then others wouldn't have any. I wonder what the difference is? Browser? I'm computer illiterate so I have no idea.

Yes, I am having the same problem. Played several games but didn't get credit then it disappeared. Maybe its a gliche!

New problem, Angel. I got credited today (again) for the RV Swap It game... but that's not the one I was missing. I got instant credit for that on June 25 or 26.... The promo I was referring to was to celebrate the first day of summer and it was to play 10 games of SUMMER Swap-It (with the crabs and waves and suns, etc...) for 300 oodles due by July 5. The RV promo was 250. So I think they did this for everybody and we're all owed 50 oodles. I don't envy the help team. With any new system in place, things will go nuts and they are offering a lot of promos lately (both World Winner and regular). Not sure why this got screwed up, though. It wasn't an instant one...the games were played on June 21.
