Double Trouble Ripoff.

I Play Double Trouble every day & pay the 60 oodles for ea. round but some day's when I play I only get credit for two out of three rounds. I didn't bust & it only shows two rounds but says I have played all of my three alloted plays for today. in fact I played four rounds today because after I noticed that I only had the scores for two rounds I clicked on the game again and it loaded up & I played another round but it still never acknowledged that I played it either. This is not the first time this has happened several times before & it has happened on deal or no deal as well. Why don't they fix these glitches?

I'm in a very bad mood because one of my favourite games was taken away today and so my answer will be to the point (although I always expound)...


The short answer has to be because they don't care. Because otherwise it would be that they were incompetent and I don't want to say that about anybody's Tech Department.

They've had so many complaints about this problem and also about how ads loading on Lingo (and other games) significantly slows down game play; Also about how a high-scorer on Lingo is achieving a score that someone PROVED to be mathematically impossible to achieve. Not to mention the complaints they've received about so few good Buy-It-Now prizes available and the trend toward auctions/sweepstakes exclusively.

People write to the "Help" department and get a form letter in response saying they are looking into the problem and then are ignored. No follow-up, the problems often don't get resolved (unless it's an easy one such as a wrong answer on a trivia question they had.. then they'll credit you worthless oodles... easy fix). Bottom line is: They just don't seem to care much about their customers. I think I'll start thread about that.
