Video Bingo Issue

Is anyone else having problems collecting the tokens they win in Bingo? I click on the flashing finish button, my board goes away, but I don't get my credits for my tokens. Just wondering if anyone else is having the same problem or is it just the one here playing the game.lol..........thanks!

My experienced that the video didn't go away but I noticed it did display my 1,000 tokens with 13,500 at the bottom of the screen along with the balance of my oodles.. I had to hit my F5 key button to come out of it...
