Talk About Problems With New Casino Games Here!!!

I'm talking about technical problems. Since the tokens aren't worth anything, I don't want to bother emailing help@gsn about this. I just played the Tiki slots game because a lot of people seem to like it. Well, my gem count was really high and I was waiting until I got three of them for it to count and then I was going to stop playing. All of a sudden, (when a Netflix ad appeared on the side) the screen went white and never came back.

Wow! FUN! (NOT).

Any problems with the new games (besides the obvious displeasure about the tokens and the changes to our oodles routines)?

I noticed on Tiki slots that all of the tokens earned don't always go on your token account. It also deducts tokens when you don't even hit the spin wheel. I earned 9,000 tokens on one of the mini games, but only 6,000 actually went on my total. I hate the new token thing.

Be sure to email help@gsn.com. They can check the game history and award any outstanding Tokens. Also, emailing let's them know when there are technical issues that need to be investigated. Thanks!

Tiki has been reported broken several times. They don't care.

On Undersea World slots the Sunken treasure bonus is WORTHLESS... EVERY TIME I have gotten the bonus, the first spin after takes every single token won away... I hit for 45000 tokens this morning... the excitement soon faded when it dissappeared... won't do any good to report it (ALTHOUGH I HAVE) because if you look at the history of winnings... not one single bonus round shows in your history! COMPLETELY disatisfied with this new system... Just a new way for yet another site to take the FUN out of playing while stealing our money!

Okay, I guess I should be careful what I wish for. I was wondering why I never got the "Token Bonus Wheel" to pop-up after logging in (since the Question of the Day doesn't anymore). I got it the first two days this new system was implemented and hadn't seen it since although I saw that I was being credited tokens without actually seeing the wheel spin... well, someone on another thread said they *were* having the Token Wheel show up but that their computer always froze up after it did. Today, I logged in, and I got the Token Bonus Wheel. It spun, I won the tokens and as the window was fading out, my entire computer froze up. I had to "force quit" and reboot my computer. There is obviously a problem!!!!

Extra tokens? I'm not sure what you mean.... you get tokens every day I think. I see my balance increase each new day after I login.

When the Bonus Wheel token screen freezes, I just hit the 'REFRESHER' (F5) on my keyboard or click on the 'refresher' link on my browser....This brings me back to the main GSN page...I don't have reboot my computer...

Thanks for the tip. I'm such a computer lame-o (married to someone who's authored over 26 books about computer security!). I'll have to try that. But they really should fix the problem, ideally.....

I really do not like the new page format for this site. The ads are now too easy to accidentally scroll across and get them started. The play area is now a bit smaller and the casino free roll does not want to close after being activated. Can the powers that be please address these issues. Is anyone else havign these same problems.

tiki island what fun i've lost over 40000 tokens that was awarded to me 8000 taken for no reason then frozen out when ad pops up

I have been having issues with this too. I don't mind too much when I can just close them but some of them don't have a close button and then I can't play my game anymore. The ads are too close to the game window and it's too easy to accidently hit the edge and make them open.

Today when I logged in, I got the Bonus Token Wheel again but instead of clicking on the "x" in the upper right hand corner of the window, I just clicked on white space outside of the window and it faded away and didn't freeze my computer.

And the one time I played the Tiki game, like I said in my first post, the screen just went blank for no reason after about 10 minutes of playing. It seemed to coincide with a Netflix ad appearing in the window....

And I still just HATE the bar at the bottom of the pages with our balances and, worse the scrolling "News" bar. It's really slowing everything down.

I have to say i just left teki slots or what ever it's called does anyone no what NaN means i was about to get back my chips and the darn thang had that word were my balance would be, then kept saying not enough tokens lol
i had 47,000 or something close to that
just wondering if anyone elese had this happen
