wheel of fortune when playing it shut down most of the time. are they going to try 2 fix this annoying problem?

they haven't bothered to fix any of the problems so why should this be any different,I lost 30,000 tokens on Video Bingo when after I bet 3 cards at 10,000 each it locked up before the first ball even left the hopper I waited for 10 minutes but it never resumed. Gsn has lost one of the most valuable things, customer trust. Lets see if this gets deleted, the last time they banned me Hah!

the wheel of crap,that new slot it takes all your tokens ' and it freezes up soon as you hit spin .i have said something to them but ,guess it dont matter....

I agree... that is one of the worst slot machines ever.... and not just because you NEVER win on it. I only played it for a little while (seriously, I think I "won" like 2 out of 60 spins)... but the look of it is so bad too. The graphics are so small and not interesting (to me). I think Tiki and Undersea Treasure are much more pleasing to the eye (and you win more often!)

All the casino games are flawed and should be pulled until they get them right but maybe they are flawed on purpose to sell tokens.

I've won tokens,but when i go to start a new game i don't recieve my winning tokens from the last game.What do i do?

First check your Token statement under MY GSN, the yellow box...Review the transaction..If there is any discrepencies, email help@gsn.com...Give enough details in what you have done...If there's an error on their part, they would make the necessary adjustments

Man, Tiki Slots is STILL screwed up. I finally saw that "NaN" thing people were talking about. I have almost half a MILLION tokens and it said to make a smaller bet. This is after I have 1,200 gems saved up, so I have to exit out and lose them all. Good thing I don't care about tokens or I would be *really* upset. As it is, though, it's still frustrating to have a game going and have it messed up.

Oh my gosh. That was ridiculous! Every 15 or so spins that "NaN" would come up. I lost soooo many tokens from the gems, but not only that, on a spin where the "NaN" would come up (meaning I was out of tokens--even though I actually have over 440,000 of them), even if it was a winning spin, it would add the tokens to my "Zero" balance and then say "NaN" again. It wouldn't even count what I'd just won. Plus, on the last game I played, I got the Coconut Tree bonus game, and won 2,250 tokens and the screen just went black. I can't believe how bad it's gotten. I wouldn't play this game for anything except a promo for oodles. It's a shame really, because it IS a fun slots game.

GSN really, really needs to fix the problems they have with these games. Most especially because there are some people spending actual CASH to play these Casino games. It's almost shameful.

I'm having the same problems with NaN coming up and basically freezing the game, causing the amount in the Gems Bonus chest to be lost (I had 1800 in there one time). Like you say, Squish, if I cared about the tokens, I'd be upset. As it is, I just want to be able to finish the 100 spins to get the oodles but it's difficult because it won't let me spin when NaN comes up. I'm constantly starting the game, geting NaN after one or two spins, having to cash out and then start the game again. I'm going to wait until tomorrow to try to finish the spins, hoping the game will have worked itself out by then.

I'm glad it's not just my machine...I mean, I never think it is, but GSN always makes you think it's YOUR problem... never them. I'm not meaning to say that I'm happy you're having problems too though. LOL

Yeah, it's really screwy right now. I'd say I had to start the game over about a dozen times. Sometimes, I'd start it and then two spins later, the NaN would come up. But other times, like you said, I had a lot of gems saved up and it would just freeze me out. I took a screen shot of the NaN on there... and they KNOW how many tokens I have in my account... but honestly, I just do NOT want to deal with the Help Department. I go insane whenever I do... and this is something I really don't care about, so I think I'll save myself the frustration and anger.

Good luck to you tomorrow... hopefully they'll have fixed it by then. I'm sure they're going to get a lot of angry emails about this if they haven't!

Well, I played all of the Wheel of Fortune slot games without a problem (although I've heard others have had some)... let's see how Mad Joker does for me for today's promo!

Anyway, GSN still has the same problem that they've had since the Casino came about... Whenever there's a promotion for Triple Play Black Jack, the counter NEVER works right. I play three hands at a time and it never counts all three hands... sometimes just one, sometimes two, but never (I don't think) all three. These are three separate hands being played at once... they should count for that! I like the game though, so I don't mind so much. However, if I were in Vegas, I would be seriously suspicious of how often the "House" wins. Five cards dealt into a "21"? Come on. And it happens a LOT. Meanwhile, I've never been dealt so many "15" hands in my life.

Thanks Squishmar on your import to pexupexu. I wrote a note to GSNAngel about this. This post is on several subjects. I don't believe that a person should be able to advertise like this. We do not come to the boards for this garbage.

Now, on Triple Play Black Jack, when I played this game for the promo, I was amazed at how many times the dealer got Blackjack and/or 21 on 5 cards. I only won 2 or 3 times on all 15 games that I played. It seems more difficult to win when playing the promos. Like you, I like these games, and play them off and on. With or without the promos. But, I do bet the smaller amounts.
