I was just playing the tiki game and ended up loosing over 5,000 tokens, because they were n not posted right. This happens every time I play. When will thw counter be fixed!!
I won 19000 tokens twice.......received 2000 tokens the first time and 3400 the second time on Undersea Treasure Slots. I see this is happening across the board----things have got to change.
I got ripped off today in the Under the Sea game...when I logged out of the game I had over 340,000 tokens but when I logged back into gsn.com a few minutes later I only had just over 180,000. The email I got from technical support was that this was their fault and that's just the way it is, they are supposed to be fixing this but no offer of crediting back my tokens.
Doesn't seem fair when we are paying for tokens! If it was free oodles it would be different but when I'm paying for a game I expect it to be right and receive the credits on the screen in my account.
Just now, in the middle of a Bingo game, I had a pop-up notification of a java run-time error. My browser refreshed automatically to correct the problem, but I was booted out of the game. I lost 1500 tokens (I was playing 3 cards @ 500 each). Also, I keep getting pop-up ads for games on other sites that are very annoying. Some just appear to the side of the screen announcing "congratulations, you've won" and flashing so badly it's distracting from a game; others actually pop-up and INTRUDE into the game space. Very annoying.

Not a casino game problem, but I was wondering if anybody was having a problem with their log-in counter for this week's promotion for logging-in six days for 500 oodles. Mine didn't count today when I logged in. I've never had a problem before with these promos. The only time I've had an issue with the counter is for the Triple Play Blackjack game... when there was a promotion for playing a certain number of hands for oodles, it didn't count all the hands I played when I would play three at a time.
Anyway, I e-mailed help, but they're having difficulty understanding what I'm talking about (or they just didn't READ my letter) because the response they sent back had NOTHING to do with the problem I described.
I know they're probably swamped and they do eventually get it, but it's soooooo frustrating to have someone respond in a way that makes absolutely no sense in regards to what you wrote.

Yes, I noticed this too. I am playing for the oodle promo as well. I tried a game for 1000 tokens= 3000 token bet and I got congratulations you won 600 tokens and my thought was the same nooooooooo!!! I lost 2400 tokens... Ive playen 40 of the promo games so far and lost about 30000 tokens..but I am getting a lot of "Congratulations You Won!!!" LOL. This game has got to have some of the worst odds EVER. I mean really. I'm thinking about upping my bets only because I don't ever use my tokens for anything else except these promos for oodles. But they really need to change that "Congratulations" thing. Who do they think they're fooling?
In my experience, when you increase your wager ,the odds decrease even more. I mean its not like your losing anything ..but I thought I would pass this along.
I wasn't sure about that. Thanks for the tip. I really find it kind of fascinating. I mean the odds of winning on this game seem sooooooo bad.... It's almost laughable.
I think the odds on all the casino games favor the house ALOT, even more so than when they were just Oodleland games. I no longer play some of the games that I was playing but, on the ones I do, it just seems so much harder to come out ahead. I use to do pretty good on Double Trouble, rarely busted, but now I bust on the first few rolls. It seems it makes no difference if I bet 600 or 6000, I rarely get my bet back. The last time I played, I busted three times in a row before getting anywhere near the amount I bet so I've decided it's no longer any use to play these games. I don't expect to win all the time but I do expect to win some of the time. I would advise GSN to loosen up the games a little; if people feel they have a fair chance of winning, they'll played the games more often which is what GSN would like for them to do.

I just lost over 30000 gem token by game freezing up- Not fair...
