Here we go. My hiatus is over for two reasons.

1. Because things have come to a standstill and we're waiting for $2000 and a phone call to move into an apartment.
2. Because I wanted to cap off the Ultimate Game Show Survivor series with a bang.

Before I tell you more about the second reason, let me tell you about the nineteen current Hall of Fame Shows.

We need some rules. Uh... Okay. Does anyone out there want to give out some rules?

Mystery Voice: You need someone to read off the rules?

Yeah, and I don't know who I'm getting to do that. Unless, of course, you know of someone.

Mystery Voice: Step back and I'll get to reading 'em off. Guys, here are the rules.

1. Five votes will eliminate a show, but I will add one for every two divisions that we advance to until we get to thirteen votes.

2. One vote after every update. I will try to update around 12:00am EST. If I update early, you're okay to vote again.

3. Any player who has voted correctly eight or more times will be allowed to Seek Revenge ONE time on behalf of a show. You may bring back any of the last five shows that have been eliminated. No show or voter may Seek Revenge more than once, and under no circumstance will you have more than three days to Seek Revenge. This feature will become null and void when we are down to five shows. Any player who has voted correctly six or more times will be allowed to vote in the final two portion of the game, only to make it fair to those players who have voted on a constant basis.

4. You may vote for a show up to seven times, but you may not vote a show off by yourself. You also may not vote for a show four days in a row or five times in six days. If a show is brought back via Seek Revenge, then you may vote up to seven more times for that show, but the above rules will apply.

5. If a person does not vote for a show up for a feature (10-Spot, Sudden Death), then their vote will not count, and will not be considered a legal vote for validation. I'm sorry; but if you don't want to vote on some things, I have the right to do this. A warning will be issued on the first offense, and all other offenses will just be ineligible votes.

6. Please try to make sure that when you vote, you give not only the host but other voters some sort of easy to understand vote. For instance, "P+" is acceptable, while something like "Yeah boyyyyyyyy" isn't. It saves some of my sanity from running away.

7. If you think a show is getting too high in the standings, you may nominate it for Sudden Death. The next day, everyone votes on it and casts their opinion as to whether the show should stay or go. Majority rules. Ties are in favor of the show. Once a show is brought back via Seek Revenge, a show cannot be nominated for Sudden Death again. If a show survives the first Sudden Death, you may nominate it for a Sudden Death Appeal. Same rules for a traditional Sudden Death apply.

8. A Freeze Frame can be used up to two times on any show (and only two times, even if a show has been brought back via Seek Revenge. A show protected by Freeze Frame cannot have a vote cast on it and will start the second a voter requests that one is used. Freeze Frames will expire in three days (on the fourth update after the awarding, so nobody grasps straws over what minute). They cannot be used if a show is either facing or is nominated for Sudden Death. Freeze Frames cannot stack, so one needs to expire first before another one can be used. Freeze Frames become null and void if there are not at least five shows left to vote for (classified as anything that isn't already in a Freeze Frame). I ask that in order to give a show a Freeze Frame, that show has to have at least one vote to their name.

9. BRE\-/KDOWN can be used one time per show. When used, this will allow four votes to be subtracted from the player's total (and cannot put a show in the red). This may be used in conjunction and/or during a Freeze Frame, but it will not affect Sudden Death voting. This feature may be used a second time if a show has been brought back via Seek Revenge.

10. You may nominate a show for a 10-Spot the same way you nominate a show for Sudden Death. If the majority of people agree, the nominated show will require ten votes to be eliminated. 10-Spots can be used with any other feature except for the fact that you cannot nominate a show for both a 10-Spot and Sudden Death on the same day. (You can still nominate a 10-Spotted show for Sudden Death later on in the game, if you so choose.) Please, no more than three 10-Spot nominations in a day. All 10-Spots will expire when we have hit ten votes to eliminate shows.

11. If you feel as if a show is being kicked to the ground too much, you may nominate it for Cancellation. The next day, a panel of three people - myself, Shelly, and Wildcat Nate - will decide if abuse is taking place. For Cancellation to take effect, two of the three panelists must agree. One of three actions will take effect - an extra BRE\-/KDOWN, an extra Freeze Frame, or the show will automatically survive Sudden Death (in the last option, Sudden Death Appeal is still an option). If all three people agree on possible abuse, then the following actions will immediately be taken:

+ The show will automatically survive Sudden Death and Sudden Death Appeal.
+ Freeze Frames and BRE\-/KDOWNs will be doubled (six days in the freezer and eight votes knocked off with a BD!).
+ The show will need 21 votes to be eliminated.

This is also known as True Cancellation.

WARNING: You have two Cancellations to use at any point in the game up until the top five divisions. (When it takes 11 votes to eliminate a show.) If the panel unanimously decides that abuse has not taken place, they may award a warning or strike for delay of game. Shows may only be nominated for Cancellation once in the game. Only five shows can be protected by Cancellation; two of the shows may be protected by True Cancellation.

12. When we reach the the 76th - 80th shows eliminated, I will begin the Move-Up and Devolution practice. Simple procedure - the first show to reach 10 votes (out of those already eliminated, or no show if you choose to do so) will be moved up or down divisions. Here's the breakdown of this practice:

76th - 80th eliminated: Ultimate Move-Up (moves up three divisions), Triple Devolution (moves down three divisions), and Devolution (moves down one division)
81st - 85th eliminated: Super Move-Up (moves up two divisions), Double Devolution (moves down two divisions), and Devolution (moves down one division)
86th - 90th eliminated: Move-Ups (moves up one division; works on all divisions in play) and Devolution (moves down one division)

13: Throughout the game, there will be special days for you to vote more than once. Some days will be by force; some days will be by choice. I may also hold Triple Threat days, where one player may be able to vote three times in one day.

14. Any attempt to abuse or subvert the features will result in a Double Whammy against the player. It will automatically generate a one strike penalty and I may award an extra Freeze Frame or BRE\-/KDOWN! (up to a maximum of five) in more severe cases if I feel a feature is being burned.

15. Here's where I throw in the LEGAL DISCLAIMER: This game is nothing but a parody. No intent is made to malign, demean, or insult anyone in the game show industry, past or present. Also, this is not a second Tournament of Losers game. If it was, then this game would be no fun. Right?
