How do you spend your Oodles?

Just thought it'd be fun to ask everyone how they spend their Oodles, or how they plan on spending them, if you haven't done so already.

Do you redeem them for Auctions, Donations, Play to Win Tournaments, Sweepstakes, or simple "Buy It Now" prizes?

other than the gift card promos, there hasn't been anything interesting to me lately 'cause i don't go for sweepstakes etc. that i know the odds are with the house. and my kitties already have enough cat beds.

so i keep getting more cat beds for local animal sanctuaries. not just for their kitties but for their bunnies, and for baby chicks who need to be warm since the beds are thermal (and some parts of hawaii are quite chilly.) they are great for orphaned kittens too. this way i just accumulate at whatever pace feels good for my health and when i have enough for a bed i cash in. thanks, gsn, from teaming up with me for the animals here who need comfort

also i was wondering if i got another entertainment weekly subscription, would it add on to my existing one, i.e. pick up when that one runs out? i remember someone mentioning that once. otherwise it's hard to figure when to buy it because that's the prize that can take 10-12 weeks. i wrote to help but haven't heard back yet tho it hasn't been long. anyway, that's something for me i enjoy that i could see re-ordering if it works that way.

Mostly gift cards. Those have been a great way to get a really good start to my TV on DVD collection.

Have also gotten a WoF board game and a Millionaire DVD game.

I haven't seen any buy it now gift cards since the holidays, mrs kittens. I have looked daily for them.

it's been rough, but i figure if i extend my magazine subscription it's one more reason i have to stick around! (hey, gotta have a sense of humor when i can.)

Nothing since June 2009..so frustrating.....


When the tv was a regular prize, someone got to it before me, then they quadrupled the price and it wasn't around anymore when I had enough....

Now that they have auctions, maybe I stand a chance to get a big prize, but I went all in on the tv auctions, $500 Walmart card & Ipad only to get outbid.....

Someone has over a million oodles and I know of at least 2 others that have close to or over 700,000...I have 577,000..I just want to get a nice bigger prize and fade away...but its always out of reach..sigh.........

I don't since they instituted the bid for everything system. Bid on a 10 dollar amazon or 15 dollar Itunes is just insane. Good for GSN but bad for the rest of us. I know many people just waiting for something good to use oodles up on and then leaving GSN for good. Maybe me too.

I haven't found any other game site that I enjoy as much as GSN. It is free, has a great variety of games, and I stack up oodles pretty quickly. Sure I wish there were more gcs to buy, but all in all, I'll be sticking around a while. Thanks GSN !

i just got some happy news from the help team. i thought i remembered another member mentioning it but i wasn't sure, or if it still applied. i wanted to know if it was possible to stack my entertainment weekly subscription by cashing in oodles in advance, so that the subscription would continue smoothly. the help team was kind enough to first research it with the seller and let me know they were awaiting a reply, and then they sent me what they learned:

You can redeem the Entertainment Weekly magazine 6 to 10 weeks before it expires. The publication will know to continue from the last issue once the Oodles Prize Coordinator puts the order in.

i don't know if this applies to other magazines but i thought i'd spread the word as this is a popular prize. i for one am very happy to have it as a goal, as it is a prize i would actually buy anyway, and one that seems to stay available. right on, GSN! please keep EW in stock, thanks!
