Kerri Kasem: Board Games. Yeah, they may be boring, but it sure is fun. And for this program, we're turning board games into reality. Watch as 6 players compete for charity. It's loud....it's fun....it's....BOARD GAME FRENZY!

(cue 210a plays; virtual board game opens to reveal board and becomes reality)

Now, the Master of Monopoly, the Trivial Pursuit Teetoler, David Tennant!

(David gets to teh "Start" circle and waves to the crowd)

David: Welcome, one and all to Board Game Frenzy, where your favorite starts play for charity. One of them will win $100,000 and we do that playing real life versions of board games and here they are.....

Gena: Right, vampires and other stuff.

David: Okay, we got a magician and host of cake shows, a basketball star, a couple from Survivor, uh how long have you guys been married?

Rob: 6 Years.

David: Wow, I been married for like, 1 game show i've done on teh CW. (light laughter) It'll get cancelled if this keeps up. (audience laughter) Well, here we are on this network program and you will play real life versions of board games, but with a more modern-day twist. Each challenge will earn you immunity tokens, and those will be used to save yourself and participating in the next game. After 5 shows, we'll have an elimination board with 2 winners in 2 games. I'll tell you more on that when it comes up. The top 2 finalists will compete in 1 more game, where teh winner will wi $100,000!

(applause)

So our first game is based on Sorry!, so I'll need Amber, Gena and Justin to hit backstage, and for game 2, I need Rob, Larry and Bristol to hit backstage and we'll return with Board Game Frenzy after this timeout.

David: Oh, here you are. You're back. This is Board game Frenzy and we have Amber, Justin & Gena here for our first game. It's called "Better Safe Than Sorry!" As many of you know, Sorry! is the game of sweet revenge and here's how it goes. One at a time I will ask our players a trivia question. if they get it right, they pick one person to move up a step towards danger. If they get it wrong, you move up a step. After 2 persons have been splashed into this tank of water, the person left standing will earn 1 immunity token and be that much closer to saving them from teh last game. With that said, let's play...Better safe than sorry!

(lights dim; trance-like think music plays)

Amber....

David: And we're back in business on Board Game Frenzy, and we have Rob, larry and Bristol all playing "Operation: Buzzcut." Here's how it goes. We have a big patient with a red nose attached to a buzzer that would go off. In a moment, one player at a time will take out the ailment without touching the metal edges. We have big tweezers that shock the metal edges and the tweezers itself. They have a red area to keep things safe and wheover's left at the end of this will pick up 1 immunity token. Shall we get started?

All: Yes.

(lights dim; trance-like think music plays)

David: Let's begin with Rob.

(Rob picks up the Water on the knee)

He gets the water on teh knee. Larry, your turn.

(Larry picks up the Broken Heart)

He gets a Broken Heart. How sad...and ironic. (light laughter) Bristol?

(Bristol picks up the Spare Ribs for dinner)

Spare ribs for dinner! Everybody stays safe. Round 2 is up, ROb you start.

(Rob picks up the Charley Horse)

Charley Horse! A guy I used to meet in school. (audience laughter) Larry?

(Larry picks up the Brain Freeze)

He gets Brain Freeze! Bristol?

(Bristol picks up Writer's Cramp)

Have you got Writer's Cramp, Bristol?

(Bristol shakes her head)

No. You're good. After 2 rounds, everybody stays safe again. Roudn 3 right now.

(Rob picks up the Funny Bone)

The funny bone for Rob. Larry, your turn.

(Larry tries to pick up the Bread Basket, but gets buzzed)

(red light comes on)

You know what that red light means...you're out. Bristol, you need this, okay. DOn't pick teh same thing Larry gets.

(Bristol picks up the wrenched ankle)

SHe gets the Wrenched ankle! Rob, the pressure's on you. It's round 4. Can you take it?

(Rob tries to get teh ankle bone connected to the knee bone, but gets buzzed)

(red light comes on)

Oh, Rob, you got buzzed, Bristol, you're the winner. You pick up 1 immunity token and a trip to the Tiki Game Lounge. Relax over here and put down your tweezers and we'll return with one more game worth 2 immunity tokens. COMe right back.

ONE OPERATION BOARD GAME WAS BASED ON A NICKELODEON CARTOON CHARACTER. NAME THE CARTOON.

A: Spongebob Squarepants. Based on the popularity of the program, Nickelodeon based the character on a board game to "Operation." That's some buzz for you.

(fade into set; applause)

David: We are here with Amber, Justin, Rob and Larry, and this game as I said is worth 2 immunity tokens, so it's still anybody's game. Now this game is based upon "Hungry Hungry Hippos" and it's called "Something's Hungry for A Hippo." Here's how it goes. They'll have 45 seconds to chomp up soccer balls into the mouth and into the tub of their own. However has the most afetr time has called is crowned the 2 points, so take your position.

(all take place in the game area)

Ready....SET.....(air horn blasts)

(all chomp; techno music plays)

They're off! Rob is off to a ncie start and Justin is not far behind. Larry is trying to catch up and only 29 seconds remain. Amber has taken a lead here and Rob is trying to catch up. Only 18 seconds remain and Larry is having trouble trying to get the ball in the mouth. Only 12 seconds on the clock, 2 immunity tokens on teh line......(school bell ringing) And time is up! We'll have our judges collect the balls in teh tubs and we'll come back with our winner after this.

David: Welcome back to the premiere of Board game Frenzy and we have the results of our Hungry Hungry Hippos contest. Here they come....

In 4th place with 14 balls is....Justin. (light applause) I'm sorry, you don't get the 2 immunity points. In 3rd place with 17 is....Larry. Sorry Larry for not getting them. But the married couple is left. You guys are like "The Newlywd Game," but without Sherri Shepard and the answer cards. Kerri Kasem: Previously on Board Game Frenzy...(cue highlights) The games continued as justin Willman became the smartest person in the room picking up his first immunity token. Bristol Palin's winning ways continued as she broke the ice into the waters swimming away with 1 more token. However, Gena Showalter's moves sent Rob Mariano on the start line and into the finish. For everybody else, it'll be a wild guess to make up for tokens and pride. It's creative....it's kooky....it's....BOARD GAME FRENZY!

(cue 210a plays; virtual board game opens to reveal board and becomes reality)

Now, The Twister Toppler, The Bop it BeBopper, David Tennant!

(David gets to teh "Start" circle and waves to the crowd)

David: Welcome, one and all to Board Game Frenzy, where your favorite starts play for charity. One of them will win $100,000 and we do that playing real life versions of board games and here they are.....

Hey all you girls and boys playing. On our last show, Gena is leading the series with 3 tokens, Bristol with 2 tokens, but everybody else has 1 token or none. So Amber, Rob and Larry, you'll play "Guess Who?" stay right here, everybody else, backstage to prepare for "Yahtzee" and we'll come abck with the first game after this short break.

David: As I said, we start with Amber Rob and Larry playing a real-life game of "Guess Who?" and here is how we do it. You will start off with 100 points and 5 points will be deducted if...a panelist answers incorrectly or if there's an incorrect guess to the puzzle. Every 5 correct guesses will give you a clue and a free guess for no points at all. Every correct guess eliminates any answer choice. Amber will go first and whoever has the most points gets 1 immunity token. So with that, we get our first subject....

(lights dim; trance-like think music plays)

Football it is, only one 5-point deduction, and that's Rob, but you get to gain revenge on your wife, so come on over...(Rob heads to the box) The box is yours. This time it's a cartoon. Here are the answers...

Larry: I believe yes.

Rob: Amber, did it invlove robots?

Amber: No.

David: Yes. 5 off, 1 mroe for the clue.

Rob: Can it be aired in reruns, Larry?

Larry: Uh....yes.

David: You got a clue coming.

CLUE: IT RAN FROM 1984 TO 1985.Rob: WOuld that be Volton?

David: It is!

(bell dings; applause)

Only 10 points knocked off for Amber and 5 off for Larry. Let's see if Larry could keep the score where it is. Larry, come om over...(Larry steps into the box) And your subject will be....US CITIES. The answers are:

That man has a shap mind. Alright, let's tally the scores and find out who won.

Amber had 90, but Rob & Larry had 95, guess what....it's a TIE! So they both get 1 immunity token and you head into the Tiki Game Lounge for relaxation and we'll return with Yahtzee afer these sponsors.

David: This is going to be a great game as Gena, Bristol and Justin all play Yathzee Dice Derby. The rules are teh dice will flash numbers one at a time and players will stop on a corresponding number they landed on. Whoever can get...high number...pair...2 pair...3 of a kind...4 of a kind...or straight...or 5 of the same number will win 1 immunity token for his or herself. Let's begin.

(lights dim; trance-like think music plays)

We put the hologramic dice in motion....and stop whenever you are ready....

(all hit buttons)

Bristol has 5, Gena has 6, Justin has 4, next roll...

Bristol has 4, Gena has 6 again and Justin with 1. Next roll..

Bristol has 1 working on a straight, Gena getting a pair of 6s and a 4, Justin with 1 working on a striaght, everybody's still in it. 4th roll coming up....

Gena gets only 2, Bristol gets 3, she needs one more for the straight and Justin gets 2, he needs one mroe for the straight. It all comes down to this last roll....good luck.....

Yes! Justin did it, he got the straight, 1-5, he's a winner! Bristol has 6 unofortunatly and gena with 3, so Justin wins, gets 1 immunity token and we'll have the 4 survivors playing Perfection worth 2 immunity tokens. DOn't go anywhere.

David: Well, we have 3 survivors since we had a tie in the frist game, meaning we'll play quick game of Perfection. Now each player will have 60 seconds to put the pieces into the correct order before the timer hits 0 and the board blows up. Whoever has the most pieces after time has called gets 2 immunity tokens. Let's go.

(all take place in the game area)

Ready....SET.....(air horn blasts)

(all get pieces; techno music plays)

Off they go. Everybody getting 1 piece. Gena and Bristol fighting for pieces. Amber playing catch up. 45 to go. Bristol gaining a adventage here and Gena getting to catch up to the leader so far. Amber willing to get 2 more pieces. Halfway through. Bristol getting her piece done, but she's havnig trouble getting it in....and there it is! Amber gets 2 more, we got about 20 seconds left on the clock. About 3/4 done with the whole board. Amber gets 2 more. 10 seconds to go. It's about to blow...........(school bell ringing) (board blows up) Wow! You girls okay? They're okay and we'll come back to add it all up and find out who gets the tokens.
