Key Bank game freezes up or I'll get a double screen

Key bank screen either freezes, or has two sets of icons falling down. I'm shooting at them but they seem to be hanging there almost like a 3D effect. Sometimes 2 get stuck as they're ready to be shot out, & the whole thing freezes. I get a delayed reaction when I shoot so it ends up going someplace else.! And sometimes if the whole board clears, & they've all fallen, that's it, no more come down. Anybody else have this problem? or is it just my computer?

Yes, I am having the same problem.. To make sure it wasn't the game itself, I played Key Bank on my wife's computer and had no problems..I am going to email help@gsn and see if they can offer a solution..
