When I was very young, my mom made me an awesome bunny costume... she was so talented and creative!! I loved it so much!! We went out Trick or Treating, and I still remember one neighbor gave me a carrot!! I thought that was great because I thought I had really fooled her!!

My all time favorite costume was a pirate costume I put together with an eye-patch a scarf, and a dagger all purchased from a dollar store. I also used dark eye make up to make a mustache, sideburns and a goatee.

One year, strapped for money but determined to go out, I opted to be a troll. A woodland troll, you know the kind that blends into their background. As you probably guessed; twigs, leaves, moss and even some mud were my main ingredients. Papier-mache and hot glue too. All this added up to darn cheap. And I was pretty scarey.... in a troll sort of way, not a blob sort of way.

My favorite costume was a Vampiress, complete with my 2yr. son as a little count dracula (with a flashlight)! lol

My personal favorite costume was when I dressed up like a Christmas gift with my Girl Scouts troop.

My favorite Halloween costume was when I turned my two girls into California raisins back in the mid 80s. For the body I used large black trash bags, white tights on their legs, white gloves on their hands and red bow ties. They won best costumes at their school and even got their pictures in our local paper.

My favorite Halloween costume was my son's first Halloween, 26 years ago. I bought him a yellow onesie with a hood and sewed black yarn encircling the nightie. My favorite photo of all time was him crying as I painted whiskers and a little black nose on his face. He brought home a lot of baby food that year (and some candy for me!!)

I would have to say my favorite costume is a "angel". I have four children but I only have one little girl but when I tell you all of my children are my angels. I thank god everyday for my babies.

My favorite holloween customer is dressing like a fifteen old carring a hummer ,because I thought someone was going to bother me, my brother, and little uncle, who wanted free candy. Hay, the candy was free and so what if I was too old to trick or treat. An older teenager started calling me the hummer woman. LOL. What was I thinking!

My favorite is an old ratty bumble bee costume that I actually still own. I couldn't stand to part with it. I'm hoping one day I can pass down my costume trunk to my own kids (if I have them) and one of them could be the bee.
