Yesterday I sent an e-mail to the tech help complaining about ads dropping down in the middle of the game of suds (was beating my high score) and it covered half of the letters that were available for me to use. Therefore, I lost a lot of points due to this. Also, complained about flashing ads telling me I am a winner.

Got a great reply and they are trying to resolve the problem. Today (so far) it has not been happening.

What makes after you play a game , a message comes up saying "can not connect to your server then comes right up?
And I don't think I'm getting credit for my group loots. But how would we know, it isn't logged anywhere, is it? Can Anybody Help? Thanks

Connection problems for your first question. It's not loading quick enough. Usually a restart solves that.

They have a whole set of rules you need to do to get the group loot. You need to perform certain actions on the site to get it. It's never been really explained well, but if you do get one it will say "GSN ChaChingo Bingo Bonus" in your myoodles.

I lost a lot of hard earned oodles on mega scratch tickets. Can you believe they gave me 447 scratch tickets without a single win? My arm was killing me and then my computer messed up & I couldnt even finish playing them (thank God) because I was so frustrated. I mean what kind of joke is that? They gave me another ticket with a win on the first 2 and then I scratched 200 more with no win. I am so aggravated. I cant believe they would do someone that way. I know.....I should not have bought them in the first place.

I've never lost that many in a row. I have lost a lot of oodles doing them. They give you a couple of big wins and then you're hooked. Overall I'm probably behind. I try not to think about it. I try not to play them anymore. My luck isn't that great I guess. Sounds to be the same case for you. I save my oodles up to get magazines. It's a good way to spend them I think. I wish they had a bigger selection though. Although last christmas time they had some nice prizes but going for like 300k. I might save up til next christmas and hope to have enough oodles to get one.
