Casino - Wheel of Crashing

Anyone having the same problem as me? Wheel of Fortune keeps crashing, getting the message that the game cant connect to the server. Especially when i hit a big sume of tokens!!! Its the only game that has this "problem".

I've had the same problem. It seems to crash when you are "on a roll." Not sure if it has to do with the tokens won or if it just has glitches. Its still my favorite game, though. That's why I keep trying.

Yes. It has happened to me too. And, on top of it crashing all the time, you lose whatever you bet when it happens!!!!!!!!!!!!! GSN you owe me!

Played the wheel locks up..plus played for 4 hrs. won 10,000 on wheel spin..tokens were added @ first. went back to home page the tokens were gone!!!!! Checked my token transactions and GUESS WHAT "NO TRANSACTIONS"!!!!!!!! for all that time. Love the game but GSN GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER

Not specifically having problems with the Wheel of Fortune casino game but having trouble with GSN Homepage site....I have been trying to play games, I get my IE9 browser lost connections or an error has occurred on GSN website...Its ironic I don't get any issues while I am in the Message Board...Also, I uses McAfee thats gives me results about GSN website Ads - Message reads, the site has been scanned but maybe harmful or dangerous to your computer, and McAfee shutdowns GSN website...I log back onto GSN site but works for about 1-2 hours...

Something else that I might say, I am affiliated with other games [ king.com, pogo.com, worldwinner.com] and played daily, NO ISSUES with these sites...

So to eliminate me from NOT being interrupted on GSN site, I have to use Goodle Chrome browser.....I guess IE9 doesn't like GSN homepage site

Exactly the same problem... It is time to try other sites that jus4hugs has mentioned.

Seems to be worse on the weekends. Funny how it "communicates with the server" enough to eat your tokens

I don't think I've lost any tokens when it crashes but I'll pay more attention after reading these posts. It is a fun game so I hope GSN will look into this and address the problem. I'm using the google chrome browser. Every time you write to help@gsn they just tell you all the things to try that might be a problem on your end and since so many of us seem to be having this problem I have trouble believing that it's all of our computers or browsers. Let's hope they'll look at this thread and maybe try to get the problem fixed.

I do play these same exact casino games on facebook [wheel of fortune, undersea treasure, mad joker, outlaw joker, tripled black jacks, and some others] that played here...I don't issues...I have noticed that GSN has taken out special features from these games that are posted on facebook...I enjoyed playing on facebook instead of GSN...Don't get me, when GSN offers oodles to play their tokens game, I play with NO PAY.
