i just noticed this thread, i feel silly because it was right at the top! but it kinda makes my point because while i don't have much to say about the overall format, there is one thing i find challenging -- the text and background in parts are faint and pastel-y, such as the list of threads, and the post preview. i find it hard to read, but maybe that's just me? (mr. magoo?) i am happy to see all the old smileys still here -- i think this is the best forum around in that department.

this time i really do have to be here less for a while as i prepare, and then be gone for a bit for some medical stuff, but i do hope to be back soon so i thought i'd put in my two cents, thanks for asking.

and on that note, while it doesn't relate to format, it did seem to change at the same time, and this seems a good place to say it. i really appreciate how friendly and interactive gsn has been with us lately, with lots of promos and oodletunities, and by welcoming feedback. the help team has been responsive and the shipping folks speedy. angel, you live up to your name.

i do share hopes with others that response to feedback will lead to changes in prizes, but i'm also grateful for all the cool stuff i've earned, and i am hoping to deliver one more kitty bed to the shelter before i fly off, just a few oodles away and they usually arrive fast!

After the new site update, I am no longer able to get on the leaderboard for Mahjongg Toy Chest - it shows my score at the end of the game but doesn't register on the leaderboard. I am able to play the new Crazy-Eights game, Zen Gems, with no problem. All other games present no problems either, just Mahjongg Toy Chest.

1 small problem, on the right side where it says what show is on now & next, It doesn't show Baggage or Card Sharks. For example right now it says NOW: Newlywed Game (6:00PM) & NEXT: 1 vs 100 (7:00PM) completely skipping the 6:30 run of Baggage.

don't like that the GSN live link has been hidden, there used to be several ways to get to GSN live, now you have to go back to home page every time to get that 1 little link. I liked the old way when there were link buttons on every page to get back to GSN Live, so when you finished a game, you could go directly to GSN Live without going to the home page first. Sucks for people that don't have access to high speed. The site is a bit overwhelming, very flashy! Put the LIVE button back and it would be good.

I'm getting a lot of pop-up ads on the top when I go to close the Daily oodles live trivia. I have to reopen the page every time. It's very irritating.
Sometimes the trivia doesn't open all the way and I have to reopen the page then too.

That was the reset date, so that's what everyone defaulted to, I guess. I kind of miss my old "Jan 2006" date.

I really like the new look too....However there remains a huge problem. You guys are on TV, YOU HAVE 1000's of members yet you can n ot implement software or recourses to stop the cheaters. Meaning some of the scores in most of the games are outrageaous and it seems that the same peeps are in the top 10 always with scores thast are impossible to reach by clicking a mouse.

Why hasn't this been addressed? I love playing the mahjonng games but there is no way on this green earth that my mouse can click faster than the speed of light and thats what it would tyake to reach the scores some of these top 100 members rack up on the daily board. Itds always the same members on top with scores in the 50,000 or higher score range.

Other sites have the no cheat software and as big as you guys are I think you should too if you really want to make the games fair for everyone.

I am actually quite new to the site - about 2 months now. It is becoming quite obvious that game cheat programs are being used for most of the games. I know it takes time to get good at some of the games, but when the same people have the same score and are in the top 5 every day, something is not right. And some of the scores are impossible to get on these timed games. Is anyone looking into this? I only play on the site to just play something different, but it is starting to feel like a waste of time.

The new page (June 2011) is okay. I like the "my promotions" section. But I think it would be even better if the "game of the week" had a # of games played "counter" as the promotional games has. And I would like to know why Deal or No Deal is not included in the "todoodles" section. I missed playing Deal or No Deal the first day or 2 of the new page. The new page needs a little tweaking. Remember to look at the page as if you were a GSN viewer/game player, most of whom are over the age of 30 and not necessarily computer savvy.
