New Site Update - feedback, thoughts or suggestions

I just wanted to say I played the vidio bingo today and I had jsut started to play my second bingo and lthis advertizement came on about snickers and the next thing I know is it started its message and then it just went to facebook and when i got out of there I had lost my 100 token I lost and I also maybe lost a winning bingo card. this has happen to me several times lately. what can you do to get rid of the snicker I notices it doesn't had a x to delete it out and it takes up alot of the cover of the bingo. what do you do to remove it without losing your game.? I don't mind the advertisement but it just makes playing our games if it covers the games we are playing is anyone else having trouble out there with this? thanks

If that happens again, try clicking on any white space outside the box where the game is. I can't recall how the Bingo game is set up... but if there's any white space at all outside of the game box (or even inside... blank space) try clicking and see if that doesn't make the ad disappear. Don't click anywhere ON the ad itself.

They should fix that though.

Hi, I lost audio on GSN yesterday. Only on this site. Any ideas how to fix it? It's really different playing without sound effects. Thanks.

I haven't read through all the postings, but I just wanted to say how much I hate the adds on the sides of the free games. It's bad enough the games are now smaller sized, but now if you slightly move your cursor off the game, you are visiting another site, and in the time it takes to get back to the game, you've lost the game or points. The worst part is how terribly irritating it is!
Can't those ads be moved over just a bit???

I would like to know if anyone knows what happens to your gems on the tiki games I played 30 games of it and there was over 2,500 gems in there and then the game ended but when I came back on about 15 minutes to play a couple more games they were all gones and I looked to see if I was credited for them and I was not how do you get these gems that you won? I really would appreciate if someone could help me. thanks alot

Well, it registers with me that it IS a Friday the 13th.... but I never celebrate them or anything. LOL!

I have only been playing on this site for a very short time, and all I can say is wow, way too many ads! The games are fun, but the constant interruption by the advertisements is very annoying. Even while you are playing games there are flashing ads, blinking ads, scrolling ads, on the side, on the top, and this while you are trying to concentrate on learning new games. Further, the amount of email that this site generates is ridiculous. What is the purpose of tokens if you can do nothing with them? Another question is why keep pushing cash games for those like myself who wouldn't play for cash online?

And the cash games... even though you can play for free when they have the promotions to get oodles (like this week's Game of the Week), many of the games on the World Winner site (like 2/3 of them) do not support any browsers other than Internet Explorer.

I'm not sure what you mean by the amount of email generated by this site... I choose to get notifications of certain message boards (like this one--your post came to my inbox) and I get notified of leaderboards I've made each day but other than that, not much from GSN. I do occasionally get an email from World Winner---maybe that's what you're referring to. Yes, probably. They do send out emails wanting me to play for cash... which I (like you) would never do.

If you look in your account... go to the tab "My GSN" and then look at the gold suitcase that is your token account... you'll see that you were credited tokens even though the Token Spinner Wheel didn't show up. That is just a graphic for show.... the tokens, you'll notice are already added before the wheel ever comes up...and also if it never shows up.

Also, you can check your Oodles account too... or just look to see if, in "My GSN" there is the promo of the 5 log-in days and it is "grayed out" with "YOU HAVE BEEN AWARDED 500 OODLES!" stamped across it. And check your Oodles account to make sure you weren't credited for that... if indeed you were not, email help@gsn.com and let them know.
