I know there was trouble logging-in the other day but I haven't noticed it being particularly slow. I have a pretty slow connection though so I'm kind of used to it dragging.

Help! I have been spinning the daily wheel for tokens. I win my token amount, but it is not updating my record. I have won about 5000 in tokens over the last two weeks, but they never show up on my account. Fix????

Have you actually gone in and checked your "My Tokens" gold briefcase under "My GSN"? That is odd that you would see the wheel spin and get the tokens but not actually be credited with them. Usually, it's the other way around.... where someone doesn't see the Token Wheel but still receives the tokens... The Token Wheel is just for show and tokens are credited whether you see it or not.

The only thing you can do is email help@gsn.com and tell them the problem (after checking to make sure) and see if they can help you. Good luck!

VERY UPSET with the scratch off tickets.(see thread on SCRATCH OFFS)I have written many times to complain that these are not working and they still don't work.I am also upset about why you make us play the super slots and very rarely do they win.

Well, with the Super Slots, it doesn't really matter if you win or not... at least to the many who only use tokens to play the promos for oodles. Regardless of whether you win or lose, you will still receive the 300 oodles for the 100 spins. Perversely, I don't care at all about the tokens and I happened to win on the Super Slots promo. But I know what you mean... it's usually a tough one to get ahead in.

I remember you I think. GSN Live went off the air, in case your not aware but Chat is still going on at http://www.gsn.com/shows/gsnlive from 3-6PM EST.

I wish there was an option to see who posted in a certain thread.
On the old board, when you clicked on a portion of the forum and looked to see a thread, you can actually click on the number of response in a thread to see WHO ACTUALLY posted in a certain thread.

Wish there was an option like that here so that way I can tell if a thread is bloated with posts from two or three of the same users or whether many other people contribute to the discussion.

I cant get the chat window to work. I really was looking forward to chatting today as I was stuck all week without power and missed all the great people on the daily chat. Its NOT my system, have used it before.


UPDATE....It just figures that as soon as I post this, the chat miraculously works again. YEAH

I tried emailing gsn but it wouldn't let me type info in the right areas. So I'm leaving it hear and maybe GSN can email me back with a solution. Today 11-12-12 I tried to get on this site so many times its was riduculous cause it kept telling me internet explorer can't connect kept coming up website error all day something wrong with the site, got frustrated and walked away from pc for a while, then I thought I try the guest side of my pc to get on site it worked for the most part but there was a few times the website would bounce me and recover the tab. I could not answer any bonus trivia questions like I usually do cause of this problem and when I finally got the window it wouldn't let me answer the questions so I lost out on the oodles for the trivia. I don't know what you did to the site but it seems to interfare with ie8 now which is weird cause it was working the day before. GSN please email me back with a solution you have my email address already you can look it up on your computer. My username is PhoenixRising762
