I keep asking gsn how to use bonus ball to complete bingo - no anwer. Is it a secret? Anybody knows how to drag it or apply to incomplete bingos?

Bonus balls are only called at the end of the game (up to three). They are not wildcards.

They come into play at the end of the game with extra spins. You get an extra spin per bonus ball.

Basically it gives you another chance at a lingo.
