Token Problem

Just wondering if anyone else is having problems with disappearing tokens. I have cashed out of games I was playing with for example 10,000 tokens and when I went back to home, I had a zero balance. This has happened many times. I would appreciate any feedback from fellow players.

Thanks I did that already, also contacted them before, they told me it was my computer, bunch of bull, I won't purchase tokens anylonger do to this problem, and I noticed alot of posts with the same problem. That is a rip off, especially when you pay for tokens to play the games.

I can knock on wood, I have never experienced losing tokens that was given to me by loggin daily or winning tokens by play these games....

My theory that I believe, some people who experienced these problems, if they bet LARGE AMOUNTS....

These tokens have NO value - Unfortunately, its a RISK...

Paying for token to play games with NOTHING in return, is useless

Don't get me wrong, I have invested on other game sites but I was being REWARDED in cash, still its a RISK

They got a bit of mine in the beginning...until I realized they were worthless. Even now I log in every night for the free token spin and play only the video bingo and realize how much it would have cost me in cash to play that game. I have figured out there is a triple bingo about every 50 to 60 games, a double about every 20 and a single about every 4 to 5 games. There are some numbers I call "fillers"..rarely on the boards. like 23,38 68, 8,53, and a couple others. All in all, thousands of tokens will be gone nightly. I always log out with nothing left. If they were not free, I would not be at this site AT ALL. JUsforhugs..there is no risk! lol you know your going to lose sooner or later because there is no investment payback at all. The only risk there might be involves how long your going to have tokens to play with. Even if they kept track of the amount of tokens won and subtract the losing amount and call the one with the highest value at the end of the week or month the winner, it would be a win and something to go for if the winner got more worthless tokens to play with. But there is nothing but the challenge of beating a well oiled computer game with not so random numbers. How anyone can pay for that is beyond me! They must be extremely bored with money they dont know what to do with.

Sometimes you may not see the spinning Tokens reel when you log in. You do get Tokens on your first log in every day, whether you see the Tokens spinning reel or not.

To see how many Tokens you receive every day, click on Tokens Balance at the bottom of the main www.gsn.com page, or click on My GSN > My Tokens, which brings up a window of all Tokens earned and debited. Look for "Token Spinner Bonus."

Yeah, yesterday I SAW the wheel, but it said "0" (zero) tokens were awarded and it only had the first reel show up (when all three should have). I went to check how many tokens I had actually received because I knew this wasn't correct... it's a glitch. This happens occasionally--or the Wheel won't show up at all. But, like jus4hugs said, the Token Spinner Wheel is just for show.

As soon as you log-in, your tokens have already been added to your account, the Wheel graphic is not necessary and there is no place to go to access it... it is only accessible when you first login each day. But rest assured, you DID receive the tokens!

yes won 2000 on undersea slots then the next spin they just disappeared and not showing in my log when I checked it.... kind of disappointing when you play for so long waiting for that big hit and then when you finally get it they just magically disappear...happened on a few smaller amounts but never this many?

Were the 2000 tokens in an accummlative of spins?
When you cashed out from this game - did the message say ' you won 2000 tokens '?

Take a look at your MY TOKENS statement
Click ' review full transaction history '
Search the date range [ show transaction from - to]
Look at all the winnings that reads ; Undersea Treasure Slots winnings:..[ these would be all of your winings that includes by spins, by picking the scatter coin, treasure boxes or the bonus in selecting the shells ]

Add up all the winnings = ?


***If you got 2000 tokens in ONE SPIN that should have been noted in your statement, contact help@gsn.com. Provide your user ID with complete details..Explain to them how you got that 2000 tokens from ONE spin..whatever you can remember...HELP is the only department can resolve your issue

Just a suggestion, when you WIN HUGE AMOUNT TOKENS after a SPIN, you should cash out and review your TOKEN statement..To make sure that huge amount has been credited... It eliminates trying to figure out what has happen to that large token winning..

I do that but it's tough when both Underseas Treasure Slots and Tiki Slots have those cumulative point things (the pearls and gems, respectively). You don't want to cash out and lose what you've accumulated so far. But I have cashed out after the bonus games and checked for a big win that I had and it's always been there. I'm starting to trust their accounting a lot more... however, there are still the glitches where the game will freeze or it will say "NaN".

I'm sorry, I'm not seeing the same problem. Have you tried clearing cache?

Have you noticed whether you have been redirecting to other sites, such as searching for something specifically and it took you to another site?
If so, you are the victim of a browser hijacker....

If cleaning out your browser cache doesn't fix the problem, do a full system scan with a good anti-spyware and it should get rid of it. I suggest for your Anti-Adware and Anti-Spyware needs... SUPERAntiSpyware:

I really don't think any issues with GSN, try going to another computer to purchased your tokens to validate....

I just purchased some tokens with no problems...
