The 8am hour

GSN used to have a west coast feed. Which is what allowed us to watch Classics from midnight to 4am every night for Eastern and Pacific. Now that they only have one feed, the air shows that they feel will pull in younger crowds at those hours, since it's primetime in the west while it's after midnight in the east.

For me, it would be either the Shaffer version of Match Game or the Rafferty version of Card Sharks.

Wheel of Fortune is okay, but not real crazy about Jeopardy

Supermarket Sweep and Shop Til you Drop would be a nice change

Tic Tac Toe and The Joker is Wild would be wonderful, two more shows that I loved to watch before I had to go to work to help pay the bills in 1976.

I watched all of these. I hated soap operas but loved the game shows (even though I was watching a lot of these game shows before color TV came along. (bought a color tv in 1977)

I doubt GSN would purchase any episodes of Jeopardy! or Wheel of Fortune soon, but especially older episodes. Right now GSN would probably pick up mid 2000's episodes of Wheel of Fortune and really recent episodes of Jeopardy!

PAX had STYD and Supermarket Sweep, so they can't be that expensive to lease, and they could potentially draw the female audience that GSN is looking for.

11:00am. Password Plus lasted over 2 years in that slot, and Super Password did OK there too. That's where they should go, 11:00am. Move Gene and Crew up an hour later.

Well, like I said, it will have to be after Karn at 4 because I'm home from work around that time. Blockbusters would also do well in the morning again.
