i have tried to play speakeasy solitaire more than 10 times and after my points are deducted the screen goes black but i hear the music.out of 10 attempts it has only let me play 1 time. i want my points back!

Same here Tina i only tried once took alot of tokens i want mine back too!!!!!!!
I have the same problem.....The game loads.....But just a blank screen with the music playing.....reload.....points are deducted....happens about 1 out of 10 times? I don't need help losing my tokens....I'm very good at that.... Hopefully it will get fixed soon.
also when I first tried Speakeasy, I never saw a screen yet the game closed and took most of my tokens, how can I get my stolen tokens back?

As far as the game NOT loading [black screen ], you should check your Abode Flash and Shockwave to make sure your computer has the correct updates...Most of GSN games need these two softwares for games to work properly..Some time you may have previous version that stored in your History Cache....Many users have the habit to clear Windows history regularly

Getting back lost Tokens due to a malfunction, I suggest that you email help@gsn.com if you haven't already...If you haven't done so, you need to give a very detail description. time, date when the problem happen...Be sure to incle your username and the Game...
Thanks For taking the time to reply....I went over to my friends house and had him play the game on his computer. No Issues.....Also when i play wheel of fortune slots (on the free wheel spin) The Wheel is not centered and i only see half the screen. I had him play that game as well and his screen was fine. My adobe flash and shockwave are up to date. I use to have all sorts of problems with undersea treasure slots.....lasted for weeks....then one day....worked fine. Once again, Thanks for trying to get us on the right path.
I have a similar problem. sometimes it loads and sometimes it doesn't. If it was adobe or shockwave it wouldn't work at all not intermittantly. i just played two games and then tried 3 more times and just a blank screen with no music. i don't mind about the tokens i lost i mind about not being able to play. i will take your advice and clean up my browsing cache to see if there is any problem there.
Fellow Oodlers I've solved this problem for myself perhaps this will work for you: if you are using internet explorer I've found a way to fix the problem of the black screen some of us are getting in Speakeasy Solitaire after the first play, if you try to play again. A way to fix this: If you will go to internet options, security settings, custom level... There is a menu of items with options to allow or not. Under the heading [B]ActiveX controls and plug ins the sub heading : Only allow approved domains to use activeX without prompt Check to see if you have disable selected. If you do, if you will change your setting from Disable to Enable and then restart your computer. This will probably fix it. If this is your problem, changing your command to the 'Enable' setting allows you to play again with no black screen. I tried all the other ideas I've read here but nothing worked. This works if your using IExplorer. I hope this helps someone. addendum: after posting the later i went back to play Speakeasy solitaire. I was allow to place my bet and to my horror: the screen went black. I suppose it's restarting my computer that allows me to replay. I did that and am still playing as I write. I opened another tab to edit my post. I know if i exit the game thie same thing will happen so I'm going to play until I happy and then in the future just wait to play when I've either restarted or shut down my computer. Sorry I really thought I'd figured this out. Oh well. Any other ideas?

to mention: if i play Speakeasy solitaire before any other games i can play again and again. If i close the game and try to come back to it: black screen. If i play other games first: black screen. So if i want to play it i just re start my computer go to speakeasy solitare and play all i want. i think i will contact gsn help on this
Today i played the game 5 times. 2 out of the 5 it took my points and (you guessed it) Blank screen and wouldn't let me play. The last couple of weeks i've been playing just to see if i could figure out a pattern.....I've turned my computer on...went right to gsn to play and sometimes i could with no problems and other times....took my tokens and went to blank screen. I also play luxor in the cash section (just for practice) and sometimes when the game is over and it displays the scores It's not my score....Not even close. I would NEVER play for cash when they can't get the scores right? Don't get me wrong....I appreciate The free games and the free tokens....Just saying I can't be the only one who feels like this....If the issues don't get fixed...It doesn't give the players the confidence to play for cash. For me? The glitch has won....No more speakeasy solitaire for me. Good luck to all. ((((((UPDATE)))))) I just discovered something!!! o.k. so Some of the games don't work right for me.........I'm o.k. with that....because I don't have to watch any of the commercials!!! I hope they never fix it. I have a feelling that for what ever reason some of the games don't work right for me is the same reason i don't have to watch any of the sponsors messages. It tries to load the sponsor But then just skips over to the game. I don't have any sponsor messages for the wonder wheel or any other of the games that play the sponsors first. I had a friend point this out to me the other day. BOY is he mad! Hope the sponsors are not paying gsn for the commercials i'm suppost to be watching. BTW everytime i've e-mailed gsn and told them speakeasy took my tokens....the next day i have a credit. It must be frustraiting for gsn to know there are so many BUGS!!!! Maybe some Spray would help? I also get a black screen, and kept trying til I realized that my tokens bet were being deducted. I sent message and complained and they credited a few but not what I lost. And this week it is the game of the week so I tried again with but lowered bet (just in case) and another BLACK SCREEN, I still lost 520 tokens. It's like taking my hard earned money and won't ever purchase anymore.
same thing happens to me, glad i'm not alone, plus while the screen is out, you cant turn off the awful music!
This used to happen more often than not. Found that if you wait until the background is moving to click start, it will direct you. It's almost like there is a malfunction unless you wait for the moving graphics. Hope this helps!
You are not missing anything....this is the most frustrating game available! Coming up even with your bet is almost impossible and winning is a very rare occurrence! You're not missing a thing!!
