It could take a couple of days to get a response.
How many tokens have you lost? The game loads first before you place bet... Is it possible the game loaded and you placed your BET and it FROZE and the screen went Black? I have heard situations like this...If this has happened, I suggest that when you email help@gsn.com, please give them a very detailed description...Also, click on MY GSN tab and click on the yellow box [My tokens]...Find that particular date that shows the number of tokens that were deducted...Take a print screenshot of that transaction and attached it to your email...
How do I take a screenshot?
Being able to take a screenshot (that is, a picture of the activity on your computer screen) is a very handy thing to know because pictures can sometime explain what words cannot, and will likely help them better understand the particular problem you're encountering or bad ad you're seeing.
The easiest way to capture a screenshot using Microsoft Windows is to press one of the following on your keyboard:
Alt + Print Screen to capture the active window, or
Print Screen to capture your full computer screen
You then need to paste this screen capture into a graphic to create the screenshot.
To paste this screenshot into an actual graphic... Go to Start > Programs > Accessories > Paint. This will open the Paint application.
Press Ctrl + V to paste the screen capture into Paint.
Now go to Select File > Save As.
In the Save In field, select a location to save the file, such as your Desktop.
In the File name field, type in a name for the file.
In the Type field, select .bmp, .gif, or .jpg.
Click Save.

The same thing has been happening to me! I took some screenshots of the situation and sent them to help@gsn.com and they refunded the balance of tokens that I lost, but the problem persists. There's a glitch in the game that just needs to be fixed, which sucks because that game actually is pretty fun and it's a really easy way to gain tons of tokens :/
I have it in paint and saved but when i go back to gsn to insert it states You may not post attachments
but thank you anyway for all the help guys it was 520 deducted
i really want to try it again but i am afraid i love solitaire

We apologize for the technical difficulties. We've discovered an issue in this rare instance and are investigating further. The issue affects all players and is not particular to any specific account/browser. We hope to get a fix in the near future.

I'm not playing again until they let us know it's fixed. I wish they would take it down temporarily while the problem is taken care of.
That would be too easy and think of the tokens that they would lose by having to pay back. Also, be careful on placing your initial bet. Now, I have about 470k tokens, and it may be according to what you have on the wager they want you to give, but in my case, the initial bet was 260k tokens and I forgot to change it to a much lower wager (if I only had remembered to do this.) Consequently, I lost 160K tokens because of that. When I discovered that my initial wager was 260K tokens, I almost choked. Well, it was a lesson well learned.
