Tiki Island slots cheating me out of tokens

I just started playing the Tiki Island promo, & I'll spin about 3 times, but then it shows my token balance as NAN..I have over 350,000 tokens, so how can they say I have a NAN balance? So then I have to cash out, & I lose all the gems I've collected. Then I check my tokens & they're ok but I have to start over & lose on the gems. Please help!

Yep that what happens when there is a NAN conflict [In computing, NaN (Not a Number) is a value of the numeric data type representing an undefined or unrepresentable value] An issue that needs to be pointed to GSN technical/developer programming.

---Unfortunately, you do lose those gems but the most important that you didn't lose your tokens..

Yes. Same thing happened to me tonight..... twice!! Somebody fix it!

same thing happened to me tonight - lost 950 gems. I just started playing and I really like the Tiki slots, but this - not so good! What happens now????

I've received the NAN thing 6 times and decided to quit for the night. What causes this! At one time I lost 185 gems. I have over 500,000 tokens should not be happening. I even tried to do the auto spin. Happens there as well. It just stops.

Sadly, if you just post here, you probably won't get any replies or true help from any of the mods like GSNAngel. Instead, you have to email help@gsn.com with your problem. They will most likely fix it; give them as much information as you can and even link here.
I hope that this problem gets resolved soon!
