I tried to play two games at 5200 tokens apiece. What I got was two blank black squares and no game. This, I lost ten thousand 400 tokens and got no games. Can something be done?

Email help@gsn.com and let them know what happened. What browsers (and versions) are you using? I play the game a lot and haven't run in to that yet. I typically use Firefox.

I emailed gsn help and the reply said there is a glitch in the program that effects all browsers and they are going to try to fix it soon
They haven't fixed it yet. I've had the same problem 2 or 3 times today. The frustrating part is that there appears to be no rhyme or reason to when it occurs. Sometimes, the game starts fine. Other times, you get the blank screen, and your tokens get eaten. Irritating.
That happens to me all the time too. It's why I tell people not to waste their time purchasing tokens. Their site is problematic and they want us to beg to get out tokens back when things like this happen. I just wait till the next day and get my free tokens
yeah, has happened to me a couple times too. won't be playing that game again!
I wrote them about it a while back, but never heard squat.
Have you noticed anything specific about this issue? Does it seem tied to a specific browser?

Lost tokens
Blank screen i have it in paint
I've seen it in Firefox. I thought it was fixed today, but I'm wrong. I lost 1,040 tokens today on back-to-back attempts to play the game with 520 tokens. The game loads correctly, then prompts you for how many tokens you want to risk. As soon as you've made your selection and clicked "Start", the entire game screen is replaced by blackness.
first happened in google chrome. switched to firefox, which worked once or twice then it didn't. same with explorer. not planning to try again.
Just finished playing five [5] Casino Solitaire Games, at 520 each bets…I didn’t have any issues with the game..

Black or blank screen when launching games : Why do I see only a black or blank screen when I start up my game?
You may get a black or blank screen when launching a game for one of the following reasons:
- The computer's video or sound card drivers are outdated.
- You are using too many programs at one time.
- DirectX is not current on your computer.
To resolve the issue, you can try the following solutions. You may not need to try all of them! Start with the first one, and then try playing your game again; if that doesn't work, move on to the next suggestion:
Some websites might appear blank or might not display correctly in Windows Internet Explorer 9. For example, portions of a webpage might be missing, information in a table might be in the wrong locations, or colors and text might be incorrect. Some webpages might not display at all.
If a portion of the webpage is blank or doesn't display correctly, try one or more of the following procedures:
Solution 1:
To turn on Compatibility View
To turn off Tracking Protection for a single website
To turn off hardware acceleration
If webpages don't display at all, follow these steps:

Solution 3: Change Screen Resolution
NOTE: Changing the screen resolution will change your screen appearance.
1. Right-click on your desktop.
2. Click Properties (or Personalize if you are on Vista or Windows 7).
3. Click the Settings tab on the top (Display Settings if you are on Vista or Windows 7).
4. Check the screen resolution.
5. If it is not 1024 by 768, move the slider until the screen resolution is set to 1024 by 768.
6. Click Apply and OK and then try playing the game.
7. If it is not working you can revert back the previous screen resolution.
8. If your screen resolution is already 1024 by 768, continue to the next solution.
Solution 4: Update video or sound card drivers
Outdated drivers can often cause problems. To find out the cards on your computer so you can update the drivers, follow these steps:
1. Click the Windows Start button, and then click Run.
2. Type Dxdiag, and then click OK. This opens the Direct X Diagnostic Tool.
3. Click the Display tab to find the name of your computer's video card.
4. Click the Sound tab to find the name of your computer's sound card.
5. Visit each card manufacturer's website to download the most current driver for your operating system. You can also contact the computer maker for more information.
Solution 5: Install Adobe Flash Player
Some games may require Adobe Flash Player. If the player is not installed, the games will not load. The latest version of the player is available as a free download at http://www.adobe.com/downloads/
Note: installing software on Windows XP Professional, Windows Vista, or Windows 7 requires an Administrator user account
