Good. But I believe The Newlywed Game still has episodes to air (about 28). Catch 21 I know does not.
Just checked The Newlywed Game also begins on the same day.

Along with "American Bible Challenge", this is a sign that we could see another season of Lingo. Think about it, if it was cancelled it would have been pulled off the air by now. Recently, they actually increased how many times it airs a week.
What about reviving Whammy! or leasing more episodes of classic game shows to their leases?
I would be more than happy if they would get rid of this show--I can't stand it!!!
I've said it before. I don't want Whammy! to return to GSN. The show would be annoying, and the contestants would probably be very stupid. A lot of people would probably play the show on mute, just like they did with Catch 21.
Well, even though I'm not a huge fan of Baggage or TNG, it's really good to see GSN back to original production again.
I wonder what time the new episodes of Baggage and TNG will air, and if they will air every weekday. I have a feeling we'll see some schedule shakeups on March 5th; we'll have to wait and see.

I would think that too. Starting March 5th I could see.................
*Some change in the block scheduling (particularly weekends)
*DWTS limited from 25 hours now to 5-10 hours
*A change from 2-4am with classics
*Change in classics in the mornings (just scheduling, nothing new)
*5th Grader moving to a weekday slot
*Weekend afternoon/evening schedule mix up.
I could also see in March GSN acquiring some other show. Particularly modern episodes of Who Wants to be a Millionaire etc.
It's already cut to 15 hours in the pdf for February 20-26. Figure GSN will be putting out new pdfs pretty soon.*DWTS limited from 25 hours now to 5-10 hours
I'd like to see new classics, but unfortunately it seems doubtful.
Anyhow, given what they do have right now, in terms of classics, I might suggest the following shakeup to the morning schedule:
8:00 AM-Match Game x2
9:00 AM-Family Feud (Dawson)
9:30 AM-Card Sharks (Eubanks)
10:00 AM-Card Sharks (Perry)
10:30 AM- $25,000 Pyramid
11:00 AM-$100,000 Pyramid
11:30 AM-Match Game
It doesn't make sense how they split up the two Card Sharks airings right now (one at 10:00 and then one at 11:00), so why not have a Card Sharks hour and also a Pyramid hour. Sure the 11:00 hour is the TPIR death hour, but maybe a second version of Pyramid at 11:00 would hold the lead-in from the 10:30 airing better than MG or CS would.
The 10am and 11am Card Sharks airings don't make sense either. They should have a Card Sharks hour at 10, $100,000 Pyramid hour at 11 and see how ratings do.

They took the tweet down for some reason but its definitely happening starting March 5th. I also would think major schedule changes are coming then too
