would Quantum Leap work as an animated TV series?
folks, do you remember the tv show Quantum Leap that orignally aired on NBC from (1989-1993)? if you don't then let me refresh your memory, Quantum Leap involved our main character Dr. Sam Beckett (played by Scott Bakula) who would travel through time by "leaping" into other peoples bodies while trying to change history for the better, his only guide on his journey is a guy named Al Calavicci (Played by Dean Stockwell) who is an obeserver from his own time who appears in the form of a hologram that only Sam can see and hear. and so Dr. Beckett finds himself leaping from life to life, striving to put right what once went wrong, and hoping each time that his next leap will be the leap home.
so obviously the show was cancelled 19 years ago so let me ask you guys a question should Quantum Leap return as an animated tv series?
should it come back to NBC or on a cable channel like G4 or the Sy-Fy Channel or Cartoon Network?
should Scott Bakula and Dean Stockwell do the voices for Sam and Al respectfully?
should Bruce Timm do the character designs and animation or is their somebody else in mind?
please vote and discuss i would definetly love to here from you guys.
Back To The Future was pretty good animated, so why not do it?
Upcoming Shows: Iron Maiden, Devore, September 13
Kamelot, Anaheim, September 21
not to be a showoff The NewNeko but wasn't Back To The Future a movie that had three sequels?
but for the animated series it originally ran on CBS as a short-lived saturday morning cartoon and only aired for 13 episodes from (1991-1992), it reran again until (1993), then 10 years later it reran again on Fox Kids from March to September (2003).
