Alex posted the week of February 20 and 27th schedules. No changes at all

In other weeks, Dawson was the worst performer in that primetime lineup. And unlike with Match Game, he didn't have the likes of Alex and Pat to compete with in many markets. Maybe that last week indicated that he just needed time for his audience to find him again. And he did do well at 12:30 PM in the not-too-distant past. Too bad we didn't find out how he did with that marathon in December. But I maintain that out of the currently aired classics, Dawson Feud is the most likely to disappear from the schedule.

Why would Dawson Feud leave the schedule? I think GSN would want to renew the lease, and it does well enough for 9am. I would want GSN to bring Dawson and Combs Feud back.

They both do well but Perry is doing the best at 10am. It's the number one classic of the morning right now. Eubanks at 11am is doing poorly in TPIR Death hour.

Eubanks just doesn't seem to work well in daytime. When he was on at 9:30, he bombed. He works in Latenights.

Maybe some live aspect to the network would attract more of an audience. It would give viewers a reason to tune in, and stay tuned in for their chance at participating in what the network has to offer. And perhaps a few prizes as well.If I remember correctly, Dawson Feud has been on this network since the very beginning, and has survived longer in continuous reruns than it did it's original run!

GSN should test ratings with Card Sharks and Pyramid. 10:00am Perry Card Sharks, 10:30am Eubanks Card Sharks, 11:00am $25,000 Pyramid and 11:30am $100,000 Pyramid. But for right now, I've noticed that Perry Card Sharks has usually done better. And in the 3am hour, it's hard to tell. All ratings then are always below 100K

If Bob Eubanks was up against Wayne Brady, his version of Card Sharks would do really well. Maybe that's something for GSN to consider after the lease to $100,000 Pyramid expires and chooses not to renew it.

But for now, Bob Eubanks' Card Sharks does so well in late nights, and it beats low ratings any day!

Sometimes ratings for Eubanks' Card Sharks is pretty good in late night. Do realize that in the Pacific time zone, it just became midnight when it came on. Where I live, it's 4:30 a.m. when it's on. Hard to believe that when the sun starts to rise around that time in June, the broadcast day is still not over yet.

I don't recall Eubanks doing significantly worse than Karn did at 9:30 AM before they added the early airings of Match Game. I definitely remember that he improved upon Dawson's ratings pretty consistently, perhaps moreso than Karn does these days. So I'd hardly say that he "bombed". He's getting relatively weak numbers during the morning now because he's in the "death hour", and even so, he really isn't doing that much worse than Gene was in that slot. Plus, let's not forget that he did pretty decently in prime time.

Honestly, I don't think GSN's average viewers differentiate that much between Perry and Eubanks. If you put Eubanks on at 10 AM, he'd probably get the same ratings as Perry. Actually, I think if they put Eubanks at 10:30, put a $25K/$100K Pyramid hour at 11, and moved the Match Game hour to noon, there would be improvement all around.

Card Sharks did very well back on Flashback Friday at 9 and 9:30pm. It's actually the show that did best out of the other 4. And for a schedule change, I could see...

    8-10am same
    10:00am Card Sharks (Perry)
    10:30am Card Sharks (Eubanks)
    11:00am $25,000 Pyramid
    11:30am $100,000 Pyramid
12:00pm Jeopardy! (Because it's not doing well anywhere else)
    12:30pm Match Game
    1-7pm Same

...It would do well. Come March GSN should consider that, also for Pyramid's sake because the lease is up. The hour would be good before they either pick up new seasons or drop the show.

Wasn't Jeopardy seen at noon before?

So Jeopardy isn't doing well anywhere else so stick at at noon M-F where they can make a little more ad revenue with something people might watch as opposed to just leaving it on early on weekend mornings when few are watching so you take the revenue you can get?
