Sorry...purchased a second time...and still 'no show'...maybe gsn is trying to tell me something. Any replies welcomed.

A deposit receipt for purchases would have been emailed to you....[you have gotten 2 emails since you stated, you made 2 deposits]
Before writing to help@gsn.com about these purchases,
checked your MY TOKENS statment account...
checked your MY OODLES statment account [number of bonus oodles given to you based on your token purchased]
checked your Bank statement [if you used your check card]
If you have received confirmation from GSN in your email box, then write to help@gsn.com...I recommend that you forward GSN's confirmation for both transaction to them
