That's right. Does CBS also distribute Jeopardy?
That's right. Does CBS also distribute Jeopardy?
Both shows air on primarily CBS stations, but the other three networks also air them. In my area, they are on the FOX affiliate (WLUK-TV, Green Bay, WI).

How many versions of Jeopardy can GSN also lease other than what they're showing now?
Whatever still exists, which isn't much outside of the current version. The original with Art Fleming is pretty much gone, save for the syndicated season in 1974. The 1978 version seems to be mostly gone, too. The 1990 Super Jeopardy! only lasted 13 episodes, so that's doubtful. That leaves Trebek's version, which is already airing.

What about Beat The Clock?
Has to be leased from Fremantle. Aside from the first two years of the nighttime show, the daytime Collyer episodes and the first season of the Narz/Wood version, everything else exists. It's just a matter of whether or not GSN wants to air it.

GSN showed Monty's version before.
They've aired all versions except the 2002 one before. The CBS version is included in what still exists.

And, Lingofan97, Wheel Of Fortune is syndicated.
Do you understand the meaning of syndication, Lingofan97? Because if you actually read the last couple of posts, you wouldn't have asked that question. I have a great example here:
My local ABC affiliate is dropping Wheel and J! in favor of other programming in September. They will be picked up by the local Fox station. Where CaseyAbell lives, both shows appear on the local CBS O&O. In addition, J! appears on another CBS owned station that acts as an independent. Now, if you've paid any attention to what I wrote, you'll have noticed three different networks were mentioned. I'm sure they're on NBC stations somewhere, too. And THAT is why you cannot assume any show on your ABC station is an ABC show.
Yes, as I already posted its on the NBC affiliate in Jacksonville. Has been since the 80s. I'm sure it's on various CW, MyNetwork, and even Independent stations in some markets. Times vary too. I'm sure most air the shows from 7-8 (or the time just outside the network access time so 6-7 central, etc), but other markets no doubt air it earlier or later.
I already got syndication but never quite understood it between Jeopardy! and Wheel of Fortune. They've been on for so many years
