"Sunday Slots" Promo--Tiki for Oodles Missing?

Anybody else seeing this promo listed on the Home Page but not seeing it on their "My GSN" page?

I went ahead and played the 100 games but will I have to write Help for the 300 Oodles promised?

Angel, can you help facilitate this? Or explain what's going on? Thank you!

yes please do and why you have to restsrt for each spin because it says nan no matter how many tokens you have ty

Thankfully, I did not encounter the "NaN" problem this time... but I (and many others) have before. I almost thought it had been fixed because I haven't encountered that problem for some time. It is very troublesome... you lose all your Gem Bonus Points when you have to keep restarting the game!

Angel, I see it on the home page, but it is not on My Promotions page either. Are they going to fix this? I would like to play and get my oodles, but I have been having a hard enough time getting my oodles for the various World winner promos.

i'm having problems with other games too i just double trouble and video bingo same thing problem with tokens like it starts over at the same amount i started with even if i win or lose tokes geez

The Sunday promo is not on My GSN page either. I thought it was IE acting up, so I switched browsers and still no luck.

I also played Tiki Slots and didn't receive the 300 oodles for the day's promotions.

I just checked my email and it says play Tiki slots for 300 oodles, so I clicked play now and it took me to the Wheel of Fortune slots. I did play over a 100 games of Tiki Slots today, but now I'm also wondering if I have to play 100 games of Wheel of Fortune as well.

Yes i am seeing promo on Home page but it is not showing up under "myGSN" tab. I played the 100 games and did not receive 300 oodles. I hope they can check my account and credit them manually. When i clicked on Promo it took me to "My GSN' tab but there was nothing there for TIKI Slots. I called my Mom and it showed up under her account in the "My GSN" tab so i have no idea what is going on. Some people have it there and others dont.

Angel, just so you can tell Help--I logged out of the site, cleared my cache and cookies and tried with I.E and also with Firefox--can't see promo anywhere but on the home page. I received an e-mail from GSN about the promo and when I clicked on it, it sent me to Wheel of Fortune Slots, and NOT TIKI. I double checked on the other promo e-mails I've received and they all send me to the right game. I have played the 100 games (or while have shortly) so I will be e-mailing GSN help. I will give them the same information I have given you, plus I will copy and paste the MY TOKENS page info, but they probably won't read what I send, because it always takes 3 e-mails to get them to do anything.

I am having the same problem I played the spins at 12:30am..I still do not see the promo listed on the promo page or the oodles credited. , So I went to check "MY TOKEN" Transactions. It looks as if there must be a glitch in the entire "token system" The only transaction that is showing from 2/2/2012 thru02/4/2012 is the wheel spin from today. I have been playing quite a bit this weekend.
Does anyone else have this issue with the "MY TOKENS" transaction?

Same problem so what i did was take a screen shot of the my gsn page showing no link to tiki slots and then i went to tiki slots and played two auto spins of 50 spins each and also took screen shots of both showing 50 auto spins. I then email gsn help told them about the problem attached the screen shots and asked for credit for 300 oodles. This should do it. They've always credited me when i have had a problem. I'll post when i get my oodles.

Squishmar, I also went ahead and played the 100 spins. Lost 10,000 tokens playing 125 a spin. It would add the oodles won, and then subtract them immediately after. I did write help@gsn.com, and also sent a pm to Angel, hoping she will get this resolved. Haven't had a response yet, but sure I will. It may take a lot longer to hear back from help though. Angel is always so prompt when you ask her for help.
