Damaged package

I was a little disappointed that the lip balm that I ordered wasn't inside the package. It got ripped open (probably going through the equipment at the post office) and the lip balm had fallen out somewhere along the way. The outside of the package got stamped "Received in damaged condition". I already thought that the lip balm was expensive and now I really think so! More and more I'm feeling like I want to quit coming to this website! Well, I did just dump mostly all of my oodles on a National Geographic subscription, so it's not like I'd lose much. Actually, I have less oodles in my account now than it cost me for that lip balm that I didn't get.
