    "Sunday Slots" Promo--Tiki for Oodles Missing?

    Anybody else seeing this promo listed on the Home Page but not seeing it on their "My GSN" page?

    I went ahead and played the 100 games but will I have to write Help for the 300 Oodles promised?

    Angel, can you help facilitate this? Or explain what's going on? Thank you!

    yes please do and why you have to restsrt for each spin because it says nan no matter how many tokens you have ty

    Thankfully, I did not encounter the "NaN" problem this time... but I (and many others) have before. I almost thought it had been fixed because I haven't encountered that problem for some time. It is very troublesome... you lose all your Gem Bonus Points when you have to keep restarting the game!

    yes its a pain i don't think its even worth all the problem of doing that and that a sad statement to make

    Angel, I see it on the home page, but it is not on My Promotions page either. Are they going to fix this? I would like to play and get my oodles, but I have been having a hard enough time getting my oodles for the various World winner promos.

    i'm having problems with other games too i just double trouble and video bingo same thing problem with tokens like it starts over at the same amount i started with even if i win or lose tokes geez

    Squishmar, I also went ahead and played the 100 spins. Lost 10,000 tokens playing 125 a spin. It would add the oodles won, and then subtract them immediately after. I did write help@gsn.com, and also sent a pm to Angel, hoping she will get this resolved. Haven't had a response yet, but sure I will. It may take a lot longer to hear back from help though. Angel is always so prompt when you ask her for help.

    Which Problem Resolved? There is ALWAYS a 'FEW" problems lately... or so it seems!

    YES - very strange, some people could play, and some couldn't, and 2 of my friends tried all the browsers too! STILL LOVE Oodles! <3

    I don't know why, but when I tried to play "Zuma," on World Winner, it was one of the many games that said it was only compatible with Internet Explorer... yet other people said they played it on Firefox. Hmmmm............ Just another inconsistency.

    Thanks for letting me know about Angel, Rose. What I meant about Help is that yes, they can be infuriating, but the problems that happen aren't their fault. The IT team (or the equipment itself) are screwy... or the Network Administrator. They have soooooo many problems... it's unfortunate for the Help Department that they must field all of the many similar questions and complaints from people each and every week.... but yeah, they definitely could handle things better themselves sometimes.

    I also played over 100 spins on Tiki slots and did not receive my oodles.

    I have also experienced the same problems with the Token History and the Tiki Slots. I have not seen the Tiki Slots bar, have played over 100 spins and not received any Oodles.

    I also received the email to play 100 spins of Tiki Slots for 300 oodles. The promo showed on my home page but not on My GSN My Promotions page. I played 100 spins but did not receive the 300 oodles. I hope that you will credit my account. Thanks
