    Angry Has Anyone Lost Their TOKENS HISTORY?

    It appears that I only have token history from 3/4/2012, 9:32 am to 3/4/2012, 11:50 am..This can't be true..After midnight I completed Tiki Slots..Played all 100 + 35 spins @5,000, 250, 125, and 50 bets...My 300 oodles have been credited once I competed the game -

    Now what has happen to all my and your Token history? - Where is your proof?


    Two weeks ago, I noticed that token history has left from 2011 to Jan 9, 2012

    Wrote to I dear friends HELP, their response - how to access and review MY TOKENS. At this time, I can feel my Blood is Crawling! Ouch, I hate when individuals don't know how to read with a response to the subject...

    My only recoil was to get in touch with our Investigator to investigate...I know that it wasn't her fault, it took them one week to get back to me...It was told to me that the data isn't gone but I can always asked for certain transactions..I have done that, again someone don't how to read...So, I was advised to send a DEMAND LETTER to include the investigator remark - still waiting from a response on that..

    So Oodlers, have you checked your TOKEN HISTORY lately?

    Some history I do have on my hard drive from Jan 9 2012 to Feb 24, 2012...Also, I have been saving all GSN promo games to be played on WW..Because I always participates in the Token Tournaments..

    You just can't nothing for granted..My hair is standing up on my head....I need to know if others have lost their history..Not Oodles history --

    The history has always been kept so users can see what their activities....I use this past history as my BACKUP data to support my issues when I write to HELP..

    We are to retrieve any date range from this Token history, just as you do My oodles...
    Past week, month, etc. were there because I have screenshots, and they are on my hard drive...
    In your MY TOKENS click FULL TRANSACTION HISTORY, scroll down until you see the search...type any date range: from_____to_____

    I am not showing any tokens history before 10:09 this morning, but I had a lot of transactions after that so I am not sure whether it is possible that I reached a limit on how many it will show. I too am tired of the lack of responses from the "help" people. It is extremely maddening when they either don't really read your letter or don't take your concern seriously.

    Yeah, you're right... no tokens transactions except for my Token Spinner Bonus for today... even when I said "show all transactions" AND even when I put in a date range of January 2, 2012 to today. AND.... I don't even think it's what I earned on my spinner bonus right after midnight tonight (but I'm not sure)....

    WHY IS OUR TOKEN HISTORY NOT SHOWING UP? IS IT SO WE CAN'T PROVE WE PLAYED THOSE 100 GAMES OF TIKI SLOTS????? OR ARE THEY DOING MAINTENANCE OR SOMETHING?

    I posted this on a different thread around noon today ,I was unaware of this thread just wanted to let every one know this is an issue for me as well.

    Posts:352 I am having the same problem I played the spins at 12:30am..I still do not see the promo listed on the promo page or the oodles credited. , So I went to check "MY TOKEN" Transactions. It looks as if there must be a glitch in the entire "token system" The only transaction that is showing from 2/2/2012 thru02/4/2012 is the wheel spin from today. I have been playing quite a bit this weekend.
    Does anyone else have this issue with the "MY TOKENS" transaction?

    I play Wheel of Fortune and lose tokens all the time. Plus the amount is posted BEFORE I even spin my daily bonus spin. I have written to them numerous times. They are clueless.

    Believe or not, I think we got 2 bonus spins...A regular supporter told me that they received two bonus spins [midnight and 12:00 noon.] I also believe tokens were added and deducted correctly-I know that minds is correct. I just don't see token history [past]

    Has any one had a response from Angel or Help? About the token history or the sunday slot promo??? I am perplexed at the lack of response.

    I have so many tokens don't know what to do with them.Why have them if you can't win any money or prizes.?Can't use them like OODLES..so what is the point?Just saying...

    I too lost transaction history and lost tokens during the same time period. I have no proof. I have no fight left.

    In answer to suzi2. According to "tokens terms and conditions" under the heading "tokens" at the bottom of this page, we can redeem our tokens for virtual prizes. I LOL as this is obviously not true. And, if you read more of the legaleeze (sp), they basically say that no matter what happens, it's not their fault nor responsibility.

    Ill never buy one single token. not one.

    I wrote to GSN help about not showing my spins from Sunday during that time and not getting my oodles credited when I completed the 100 spins. They have since credited my oodles account with those oodles.

    I got the oodles due me for the Tiki Slots Sunday Promo but have still not received an answer to this question I posed to them: "Was the deletion of everyone's Token Histories INTENTIONAL or a mistake that is trying to be fixed? Will we get them back? If not, WHY NOT?"

    I'd like to know their reasoning behind this action if it was deliberate.

    I'm very sorry you guys and that I don't have any helpful information, but the only way to resolve this problem is to email help@gsn.com with your problem. Give as much information as you can, and even link here if you have to.

    I asked them the straight up question, "Was this deliberate or something that was messed up?" I received this one-sentence reply: "Thanks for understanding and we regret for the inconvenience caused. "

    Okay.... so?????? I don't really care... I don't buy tokens and I just was worried about the Tiki Slots promotion but I got my oodles for that so, whatever. Very strange, though. I don't think it was intentional... I think their system screwed up.

    Squishmar, I am firmly coming to believe that the people at help@gsn.com don't know what is going on and they are just coming up with more reasons to put the problems back on us or our computers have something wrong with them. They are getting where they do not award the oodles on half of the promo's. If the Details says they will be awarded on or before a specific date, they just hope we don't go back and check. My guess is they are cutting back on their employees and increasing others workloads and so the work is not being done.

    I am so unhappy over seeing the way gsn has gone downhill since May of 2011.
