If Brandi Were To Win Her Lawsuit...

Here's what I can expect will happen to TPIR:

    1. Even more setups and pricing game losses.

    2. More playings of Pick-A-Number, Double Prices, Flip Flop, and other single-prize games.

    3. Cheaper prizes, the return of $2,000 or $3,000 range prizes on such single-prize pricing games.

    4. $300 and $400 range prizes will be offered in contestant's row (just like in the mid-1990s).

    5. Only one car game will be played per show (just like in some early 1980s episodes).

    6. 3 Strikes will offer cars lower than $40,000 and will deduct one playing than we currently see in a season.

    7. The top prize in Golden Road will be worth the same value as 3 Strikes now ($40,000 to $50,000 range), but will retain its 3 playings per season.

    8. Triple Play may be retired. Other pricing games may be retired as well.

    9. Fewer playings of all-cash games (Grand Game, Plinko, It's In The Bag, etc.).

    10. No more than 2 models will be used on the show.

    11. One senior model will be terminated for cost-cutting reasons.

    12. TPIR will end up going off the air eventually.

Yep, I think that if Brandi wins millions of dollars in damages, it will be Brandi's fault for the show's cheapening of prizes and the show's demise becoming imminent.

At least no one is saying yet that if Brandi wins her lawsuit, they're going to retire Clock Game.

I'd say only #2 is likely to happen.

They probably won't retire Clock Game. The prize package is still pretty cheap, despite the bonus prize.

    More frequent playings of:

    Pick-A-Number
    Flip Flop
    Squeeze Play
    Coming Or Going
    Double Prices
    Balance Game
    Push Over
    Bonkers
    Side by Side

All of which will likely stick with 4-figure prizes.

I'm going to pretend I didn't skim through all that. *backs away slowly*

You have this strange hate obsession for Brandi, yet you always talk about her.

Yeah, I used to love her, now I hate her. Surprising how my love for Brandi turned to hate in a heartbeat in March 2010. And always talking about her is part of the obsession. I hate Brandi as much as (or more than) vnisanian2001 hates Bob Barker. That is probably why I will never view any older episodes of TPIR anymore - I just stick to current episodes and forward. I won't even listen to "Brandy (You're A Fine Girl)" by Looking Glass anymore. I may listen to songs by Brandy (the R&B singer), but that's about it.

I'm sorry to say this, but until the court case is over, my hate for Brandi is going to stay.

Obsessions do involve excessive talking about a topic that the person loves or even hates.

I regret creating this thread. I think the mods should just delete this thread and get it out of my sight for good. I couldn't believe all the negative reactions I am getting (though I shouldn't be surprised).

And of course, all cars to be awarded will be worth less than $10,000, so that the "Any Number" game can go back to how it was in the beginning. BTW, is this Brandi person's last name Alexander?

No, it's Brandi Sherwood. Technically, it's Brandi Sherwood-Cochran.

And no car is ever worth less than $10,000 anymore. Maybe a GEM car, but that's not a traditional car.

Words cannot describe how sad (and weird) this is.

Since the producers already won Shane Stirling's lawsuit, I doubt that we'll have to worry. Unless an employee has a really solid case of outrageous misconduct, the courts generally don't like to interfere in hiring and firing decisions. And to be blunt, Brandi's case doesn't look all that solid to me.

So, does that mean Shane lost?
