I'm missing the Veteran's Day episode of Super Password because of work. Not to mention a certain show hosted by Drew Carey airs in that same time slot. I would rather The Price is Right over Super Password, IMO.
And I didn't miss the Password Plus premiere - even though I don't care for that version, I did record the premiere episode from an early 2009 airing (as well as the finale hosted by Tom Kennedy). Both episodes are in my collection.
There is, however, one week of Password Plus episodes where there are 2 male celebs, and it's possible that one of those episodes has the pair of male celebs doing a dance number during the intro (I think the celebs in question are Robert Urich and Bart Braverman?), and then Allen Ludden comes dancing in afterwards. I must see if I can record those episodes next week, despite me not being a fan of Password Plus. That dance number is pretty hilarious! It will probably air in late July or early August.
One thing I'd like to wonder: What will the Wayback Playback bumpers look like now that Card Sharks is gone?
In either event, good job, GSN, on bringing back Password Plus and Super Password.

Watching Super Password now, it's funny seeing Gary Burghoff and Jamie Farr together on here. They were funny on M*A*S*H.
Those were two good episodes of Password Plus and Super Password. Thank you so much GSN! Just bring Card Sharks back! But, I liked the part during Password Plus where the clue was "CIGAR" and the contestant said "CIGAR", just like on Saturday Night Live.
Yep, one of the famous moments of the premiere. Can't wait to see more.

Well, I watched GSN this morning. Well, I was on Spring Break too, but this morning I watched 2 of my favorite shows that returned. Well, first I watched my favorite, the premiere of Password Plus from January 1979 with Elizabeth Montgomery and Robert Foxworth. I recorded it back in 2009, but it was good to see it again. I love that show, and Allen Ludden is boss. Good to see that again. Can't wait to see the show go farther into 1979. Did you miss seeing the premiere, it will be on again at 2:30am.
I also caught Super Password from 1985 with Gary Burghoff and Jamie Farr. I love Gary's comment, Don't You Ever Age? Wow, comparing him on say, Match Game 74 and that episode, Gary aged pretty much. Does anyone know where they are in SP right now with Farr and Burghoff? What year, etc?( 85?)...trying to see what is being repeated from 09 or 08, or if they are actually showing something "new".
P Plus from Day One is a nice gesture IMO.

Password Plus started on the exact first episode of the series with Alan Ludden, but was the first episode of Super Password aired on GSN today?
