What year of Match Game would you like to see?

With the potential new schedule starting April 2nd on GSN, we will be getting back Password Plus and Super Password to GSN.

This is great news to the network as we get some new programs on that haven't been seen in years.

With that being said, what would you like to see on GSN for Match Game. It would seem that the 74/75 episodes will be retired.

1974 was actually my favorite year of Match Game until GSN wore it down. For me, 1973, 75 and 76 about. And maybe 77.

I would love to see 1978. Seeing that 1978 was incomplete when GSN last aired such run in March 2010, only to revert back to 1974 as we entered April 2010.

I'd like to see late 75-on. What id really like is them to lease the whole run and start it from the beginning and roll to the end.

It would be the easiest lease for GSN to pick up all 70's seasons of Match Game and Match Game PM. I don't get why this just can't happen, and if GSN scheduled things right, the episodes wouldn't get worn out for 10 years.

Remember folks. If you are killing to see specific weeks and or years of Match Game, I have been sharing my collection with many others. That is what it is for. Personally, my favorite years of Match Game were 1976 and 1977 because Charles was present for all but 3 weeks during the run with Richard and Brett. Match Game 77 is under appreciated as many think Richard was a total jerk. He was actually pleasant during most of the entire 77 run.

Late '75 until the end of Dawson's run. This is really Match Game in its prime. It was still good after that, but you just can't beat having Gene, Brett, CNR, and Dawson together.

At least GSN has narrowed down the air time of Match Game '74, but a couple years ago when we got a new lease of Match Game, I don't remember the show doing that well in ratings in the morning. GSN may be cutting down on more Match Game soon

That was one of the celebrity game shows where the celebrities really didn't care after a while to be honest.
