Depending on what software you already have on your computer you may need to either download Macromedia Flash Player to play Flash games or update your Java to play Java games. However most new computers have everything you need to play these games on them and if they don't the software to play them is totally free.

you are not alone, game gives me the same msg, takes tokens and won't connect. Yes my Java/Flash are up to date. Can play the other games no problem and would love to try this one

ETA.. changed browsers from IE to Firefox and same message "lost connection" after/during first spin - so not the browser I have seen listed in other threads. This is a new computer running WIN 7

auntzie, I'm told: "Pirate’s Fortune Slots, unlike most of our other Casino Games, actually prompts a user when their internet connection is lost or insufficient. When the user receives the prompt they should not have tokens deducted from their account. The user is prompted to ‘Cancel’ or ‘Try Again’. If the user clicks ‘Cancel’ they will leave the game and the wager that triggered the prompt should not be deducted. If the user clicks ‘Try Again’ it tries the spin again. If the retry is successful then the user’s tokens will be deducted and the reels should spin. If the retry is not successful then it will show the user the prompt again." What do you have for your internet connection? (cable, DSL, dial up)

My IE is 9

Don't have any issues...The game plays fine...

Firewall can block some games and an unknown internet source. Firewall can remove those things to keep you protected from any downloads that can crash your computer,That happens 80% on me! First the game stops then a message appears -"You Have Lost the Connection to the Game" Firewall is in the computer for protection. There is a way to unblock the fire wall, but it is VERY VERY hard.
