You can check the pdfs on the blog for episode numbers and information. Just above the picture of our adorably cute yellow Lab in the sidebar.

Funny, seeing one of my friends on YouTube informed me that the limited run starts at Veteran's Day 1985 (November 11). It would seem kind of awkward to start a limited run at Christmas week. I thought GSN normally skips Christmas week except for Christmas season?

Nice to see it official. The schedule needed some fresh blood.

Yeah. You and Mr. Abell pissed all over it.

Looks like Regis gets the 2-4am Late Night Sunday shift. Judging by the episode numbers, looks like some normal episodes and not the watered down crap celeb episodes. Would be nice if they could find a spot for him sometime during daylight hours.

Judging by episode numbers, Jeopardy stays with Season 22.

5th grader is now on daily, and Chain Reaction is back too. I like that!

It does, according to IMDb. The November 18, 1985 week with Pat Sajak and Nipsey Russell follows on April 9-13.

What date in December 1984 did Super Password stop at when it left GSN in 2009? I know it wasn't during Christmas week, so it probably had to be no later than December 14.

I believe it was the last episode of the Constance McCashin and Richard Kline week.

The last Password Plus episode that aired was from the May 1980 Lucille Ball, Dick Martin week.

Anyway, I personally look forward to seeing these early Password Plus weeks again. Especially to see Tom Kennedy as a celebrity guest.

Which, according to TV.com, was December 21, 1984. The next episode was Christmas Eve 1984.

It's great to see that GSN hasn't given up on airing pre-2000 game shows on their schedule.

Hopefully, the ratings will jump and it'll give GSN a good reason to keep airing older game shows on their network. I can't even remember when Password Plus and Super Password used to be on. I signed up with GSN in May 2009 so I unfortunately got the short end of the stick, missing out on the much better 2007-2008 programming schedule.

This sort of makes up for all of the cheap reality-nonsense-shows GSN plans on airing later this year. Re-airing Password, Super Password, planning for a new $100,000 Pyramid, and renewing Newlywed Game makes me think that the network hasn't completely gone off their rockers, just yet. There's still some common sense among the department heads.

    Definitely a good sign.

November 2009 on weekends. They both had weekday slots. Password Plus got cut from weekdays in August 2009. Super Password got cut from weekdays in November 2009 to make room for Love Connection. Then GSN decided to go all modern on weekends.

Yeah I'm sure Love Connection did better than Super Password

Anyway, GSN made an excellent choice of episodes for both series'. Can't wait for early 1979 episodes of Password Plus. That Burghoff/Farr week of Super Password from November 1985 was a good one. Can't wait.

It's a very good sign. GSN cutting back on DWTS, Baggage and other, weak shows and adding classics is a good change. GSN is focusing on there main audience with these changes to get higher numbers. I just don't know what the other game shows will bring us

Glad to see the Passwords coming back! I find it curious that the $25k Pyramid is making a return; they just ditched it a couple of months ago in favor of $100K Pyramid, and they're already going back to the $25K version? Too bad it gonna be the same episodes of $25K, since they've really been run into the ground.

Nonetheless, classics fans should be quite happy that Mr. Ludden and Mr. Convy will be gracing the TV screens again.

When it comes to the two Pyramid variations that have been airing, the $25,000 version seemed to be doing better ratings than the $100,000 version. However, considering the fact that the $100,000 version has been the most exposed since the series began on GSN back in 1997, I welcome the $25,000 version back, whether I've seen them before or not. It's just a great all-around game show.
